I went there based on several recommendations but unfortunately it was not up to my expectations.The staff need training, some were shouting in the kitchen, others kept staring at female customers and obviously they are not familiar with the menu items as they could not explain or describe any item we asked for.In contrary, the only exception was a nice waiter called Mohamed ElKholy, He was the only one who behaved professionally, and was able to describe menu items.We tried cordon bleu and burger sandwich along with appetizer plate and ended our meal with an ice cream plate.The burger was dry and bread wasnt fresh, the waiter suggested to add mayonnaise to make it taste better! Overall the food was average with nothing special to mention.The place location is marvelous, decoration is cozy and obviously the owner spared no effort to collect success elements, but theres a serious issue in food and service quality.Visit date: Dec. 31st 2021

A cozy place with great service.It has been a while since I visited this place.They chose to add things to their dishes just to please the crowd instead of sticking to the authentic receipts. Ex: the natchos were very cheesy and quite loaded but they added curry powder to it (ruined it).For the plates, they added lots of cheese which rendered the food very grease and kind of tasteless.Service is impeccable and the prices are very good. I just hope that they understand that sometimes less is more.

Used to be my favorite place to celebrate my birthday with a good steak. Apparently everything has changed. The waiter was trying to push a more expensive stake, their lemon sauce tasted funny, the sautéed veggies were humongous, and the ribeye was more fat than meat!The cheque came wrong and they had to change it 3 times as they tried overcharging us. Their menu has a price and then cheque has a different price. I attached the cheque so you can see for yourselves!Every steak comes with a free sauce, so the fact that I ordered mushroom sauce with my mushroom steak doesnt mean you can charge me for it, especially since I already paid for the extra mushrooms! They also served the butter without a knife, I had fun dipping bread in it and leaving bits and pieces everywhere! Finally, the waiter wasnt happy going back and forth changing the cheque and getting into endless arguments. I wouldve changed his attitude myself had it not been my birthday...

I never gave any place ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ but really I did this for steak out .. because it is a very great place with nice environment and nice music .. I enjoyed my lunch a lot .. the rib eye was great, tender and juicy .. the sides , apitizers , salads and soup are great as well .. everything is perfect .. the staff was very friendly and helpfull .. really the best steakhouse in the city that I go to .. really I enjoyed my lunch there .. and my father and my sister was with me and enjoyed there lunch as well

Perfect tomahawk steak and many varaites with friendly service and cozy place ..

The waiters were unprofessional, the bread they got on the table was cold and when returned for another they got nothing. The order took more than 45 minutes to come, after we complained twice. The main coarse came before the appetizer and was not fresh. When we wanted to confront them, they would pass by our table quickly as if they have so much to do while the restaurant had barely any customers. Flavors were OK, I’ve had much better for a lower price.I’m general their service is slow-paced and sloppy.

Very nice place. Well designed and decorated. Food quality is great. Food taste is great. They offers wide variety of dishes. Quantity of food is very enough. Staff are friendly and helpful. Price are upper moderate range. Not sure if there is kids area but if found, it will be great. They have a website including their menu but in my case the prices were not updated. Parking is very hard at this area. They accept credit card payment.

The food quality is very good, the atmosphere and music selection is okay, but the staff arent helpful, bordering on rude sometimes. Everything is overpriced too, 50-100% more compared to similar restaurants.

Quaint little restaurant. Didnt like the decor and lighting in the restaurant - it created an ambience reminiscent of steakhouses from the early 90s. Menu was a bit of a let down: I thoroughly enjoyed my chicken nuggets starters but the main meal, my steak, was undercooked horribly

The place is very nice , romantic also for couples , nicely priced regarding the steak price range in Egypt , which is almost 200 le everywhere , the taste is very good and it is very well cookedThe service is very nice, the rosemary and mushroom is great , the rice is well cooked and the sautee tasted nice

I keep coming every week....Its officially my favourite place at all for the past 6 months. And I can easily say this about my foody gang as well (4 people of Really always hungry with different tastes) they as well take their family whenever they canThe portions is great, the chef knows how to cook his dishes and I can compare this place with Butchers shop servings (If the South African brand is 9, and Meat Co is 10, then thos place is clearly a strong 8) and i gave 8 because they can not control the source of meat (imported but not from South Africa)My input is again please simplify the menu design..too busy this is the feedback i had for the last year.. really distracting and make u miss the great opportunity to taste all the great food.Will be coming again for sure

This place is so fantastic especially for couples. It is romantic and the food is very delicious. The presentation of the food is awesome. I recommend it to everyone especially the ones who have dates searching for a place.

I ordered my steak medium well, but it arrived medium rare which was too raw for me. The waitor then sent it back to the kitchen, it came a few minutes later very well done and overly cooked!Also the waitors had no idea what the items on the menu are consisting of. Below average food & service.

Restaurant place is easy to find for people who are not masr el gedida residents and there is a garage for customers. The service is good but the food was not very good maybe because of the flow at iftar time at Ramadan which is a problem most of the restaurant cant handle .There is a kids area for which is a good ponit for the place of course .

Despite z fact that i adore this place, my experience today was not satisfied satisfying.1st after spending almost 0.5 an hr, the personal in charge of hosting, not the manager nor even a waiter, asked us to change z table as it was booked for sm1 else. Of course i fully refused, they wd hv mentioned this frm z begining.2nd the soap came without spoons, and no1 showed up up till it was cold. I asked to change the soap and not 2 4rgt 2 bring spoons.3rd when the main dish was served, Italian grilled chicken ( a yummy platter), part of z chicken & part of the topping melted mozarella cheese were burnt ⁉️Finally, when the check came, it was missing an item to be included in it.This visit was z worst experience in such a lovely & causy place.

The service is not that good, we ordered few items one of them was pasta with chicken. The dish came pasta only!!!!! When we asked the waiter yeah.... And took the dish and came back with few pieces of chicken on the side saying that how it should be served..... We had no comment

Worst service and food. This is a brand that sends cold food, incomplete orders, rude delivery guys, and a manager who punishes whoever complains and blacklists him and tells the order takers to stop taking orders from him. And lie about it.

Good restaurant, nice meals except the rice needs to be well cooked. the grilled veal is very good, the rib eye beef is juicy.

The food took two hours to prepare and tasted extrempy bad , even the mashed potatoes were bland there was a lick of weak gravy that didnt taste good at all the deserts were just sugar on top sugar with no regards tost , I really do not recommend this place at all
