Very bad company customer service. I ordered an item and paid it online. They called me on the mobile but for some reason they couldn’t reach me so they canceled my order without sending an sms nor a WhatsApp message and not even an email to notify me. When I called the customer service they said an email was sent but when I said no mail was sent the guy told me yes I have no record of an email sent. He then told me a manager will call me to solve the issue, the manager called me and said you have to make another order and wait another 10 days and pay cash on delivery. Totally unprofessional. Last time to order from them

After 10 weeks waiting my items arrived. All items are damaged, totally full with scratches and dents. This company is so unprofessional I never see before. Do yourself a favour and don’t order in this company. You will not be happy at all with Homzmart

The worst experience ever. Bought 4 items more than a month ago (delivery should be in 10 days), 3 items came, each separate. and with every delivery there is disrespect for appointments and no apology.the last item, i have not received up to date and after 6 messages with no success.not only that after each message i get a call that i will receive the item on Saturday and then nothing. i got like 4 fake appointments.i sent another message and lots of calls, finally i was supposed to get it Wednesday then nothing Then they told me Saturday.On Saturday they called me from 1 Oclock in the afternoon and uptill midnight, every like 2 hours they call and tell me that i will get it in 20 minutes, and then nothing happens until midnight.they kept me all day waiting and lying and disrespecting me.They took 800 Le for delivery only and all their money in advance online.My issue not yet resolved .Order No: 619121

I order an AC on 28th April, and until now its not installed. They just delivered it and no one is following up. I am considering the eid break, but you exceeded the working days excluding the eid break.I should not waste my time to follow up with your vendors. They represent different producers and I presume the material quality and design would differ accordingly. I purchased an item that was very nice and matching the description on their websiteThey contacted me twice first to confirm the order and then to arrange a suitable delivery time. The only issue is that interaction on the site e.g. to review or inquire is almost impossible. But generally they offer a wide variety of items and at least the producer I bought from has good quality material and lovely designs

(Only they can call you from their phone number)They act as a middle man between the seller and the customer and you cant imagine how terrible the communications are between them and the sellers. And so far I failed to either receive the item, or my money back.Order created on the (6th of March), supposedly was ready to deliver by the (15th March). They just hand you over to the seller at this point, who has no knowledge of how to deal with you.Failure to deliver (16th March), then promised by Homzmart that delivery will take place the NEXT WEEK (21st of 22nd) as promised, and that theyll handle it. Only to end up with that SAME SELLER failing to deliver again that next week (Only showed up by 23rd). And the funny thing is that Homzmart contacted me regarding the item that morning (23rd March) asking if it GOT DELIVERED, and only then I informed them that it was never delivered. AND NOTHING.Zero customer service, Zero communications, and from the reviews I can read now apparently also Zero quality.

Reported a problem associated with my online payment, it is getting resolved but after struggling to reach customer service. The products are great but customer service must improve in the future.

The website is bad as after u order u cant review ur cart only through their instagram which takes forever to answer anything they sound professional but they are very unorganized their system is truly terrible and full of problems sometimes 6 people call me to confirm the same order because there is no system if u are a chill order from them. The worst costumer experience ever! Everything was late, my invoice was wrong, the items in my invoice were replicated and they were impossible to reach over weeks! They change the prices everyday, the website has bugs in each step, and they dont even have a number for you to communicate with them. Also some of the items that arrived were of awful quality and had nothing to do with the pictures. Only 30% of my order was received and i struggled with them over 2 months because of their finance team. Definitely do not recommend it to anyone planning to stay sane!
