They seek satisfaction.Whatever you are looking for, you will be satisfied with it, whether its professionalism, hygiene, appointments, honesty, friendly atmosphere or anything youre seeking.For 4 years, I have been to about 6 dentists in the States because I wanted to find someone like Dr. Amr, but Ive never been lucky enough, and I always end up coming back here for any serious dental issue, in spite of the dental insurance I have there.I was advised there to get filling for 4 teeth for my 9 years old son but Dr. Amr explained, in details, why he needed only one filling and my son was actually thrilled after the filling and he literally said: Dr. Amr was treating me as a human, not as a customer. I never thought Id like a dentist, but hes so kindDr. Amr answered every single question about my 7 years old sons operation that took so long, as his teeth needed a lot of work.And last but not least, he had enough patience to get all my crowns exactly as I wanted them. Tried bleaching for 2500 LE.First session was teeth cleaning & bleaching with only 10 minutes break in between although this is not the common practice due to irritation & bleeding that accompanies the cleaning. After the bleaching session which was divided in 3 doses of painful 15 minutes each, the result was not satisfactory so the Dr. offered a second session of one dose that can be done after a week.The second session was very careless and unprofessional where the mouth guard was not fit properly and the bleaching gel leaked out and chemically burned some parts of the gums and the lips. Not to mention the 45 minutes delay in the appointment time by the Dr.Location of the Air Condition is annoying directly in the face of the patient specially if you are stuck for two hours laying there for the cleaning & bleaching process to end up with pain in the back & pain in the mouth.Do not recommend bleaching in this clinic because it is done carelessly and unprofessional.

A highly qualified dentists , with a relieving atmosphere . As a dentist I trust them and my teeth are treated at joy .
