The place is clean, the staff is friendly, and when I asked them to reserve a table for me, they did so right away. When I asked them to arrange a chair next to me, they did so right away. The waiter here is very polite, and the chairs are very comfortable, and the coffee shop has plenty of electricity for a laptop, so I sat and worked.

Great coffee. Every day I try a different coffee of theirs and I am happy every time. They also have a great carrot cake! (Check pictures to see half-eaten cake). Fast services. 10/10

This place is GREAT, one of my favorite places to study, work or just chill. The coffee is good,the service is excellent, the staff are polite and friendly. The decor is so comfy and cozy.The only thing that bother me is that air conditioning in the corners doesnt work well.

You should fix the internet connection , went there few days ago because my internet connection at home wasn’t the best and i had an important project to work on , ordered my breakfast and drink and setup my laptop for the waiter to tell me that there’s no internet connection and that i should use my data !! , i’ll only rate it 2 stars not 1 because I usually enjoy my time here unless that specific day .

Used to be my favorite.. the new crew has apparently never been to a coffee house before, the music is so loud I couldn’t listen to a friend sitting right next to me, this continued for a whole week and every time I ask them to turn it down they say ok and then give me this smirky smily and in a few minutes turn it up again. Sadly this is my last time going there.A mix of good coffee but bad hosting.

Favorite coffee spot in City Stars, and thats said with full awareness of the 250 Starbucks branches there😂 Great place for a chat, even greater coffee, easy to find through the maze that is City Stars. Their drinks are sublime, I cant stop ordering thier Campfire Mocha (both hot and cold are great). If nothing else, I find myself wondering why the staff arent very welcoming. But Id sit here for hours and hours!

A great atmosphere, designs, people are super friendly, and the coffee was ok;I don’t know why maybe because I ordered regular latte without strong coffee but it was not super, however, I will go and try it again for sure because the sit was very productive and time flies by with the quietness and if you can offer WiFi that would be great. ❤️🔥🔥

The most noisy branch of Caribou Egypt series, since its at the enterance of City Stars Mall, however its a nice option to get nice coffee, work there or wait for someone to finish their shopping, it has outdoor seating also.

Its very easy to draw a smile on ur customers faces through simple gestures :) caribou is offering simple decorations where u can decorate ur own cup of coffee celebrating the Easter.. U nailed it guys :)

Nice place, yes. but if you are into hot italian coffee, you may not enjoy it there. milk foaming is always frothy out of a washing machine.
