Do not buy from this place! They have fake ZARA stuff i bought a coat and shoes two days ago the coat alone in US dollars equals around 200 Ive worn it twice and it already looks worn out the quality is itchy and bad ive bought from zara in the US before and i do most my shopping there this is not the usual quality even the shoes I bought the brand name on the inside is fading already after two days only

Today I went to Zara the staff was very rude and said that the store is congested because people come to buy accessories with 200 LE, they refused to use my gift card and acted in a very condescending way

Ive been dragged into this store too many times to remember. Has a good selection of trendy clothes for girls. Ive never bought something for myself here.

Great collection. Well organized. Love the staff and everyone is very friendly. Except Moustafa Ezzat the cashier. Makansh taye2 nafso and couldnt even smile!

Typical Zara: Variable, high quality, high pricesLocation is not the best: in between the crowds of city stars. Understaffed at busy times.

The place has been completely renovated but the womens section is still under renovation

This City Stars branch is one of the largest and most important branches. It is real because it took a very large area, but the staff, some of them, are not good at all.

Nice collection of Zara but very low and badly altitude for stuff working in shop they give bad reviews of the Zara Egypt shopping style.Unfortunately, Zara City Stars is a waste of time and has the worst staff possible management choice, although Egypt is a respected people a lot ... I hope that people in the shop will be present to serve the customer is not as a courtesy to him free of charge.
