Friendly staff, good quality and nice sale

They are not professional at all, I contacted them online& asked them about specific T-shirt, they assured that the T-shirt is available at Naser city branch, when I went there, the seller had no idea about what I am talking about & after spending more than 30 minutes to arrive there, I didnt find what I was looking for....

A very bad experience and a waste of time.I wanted to buy a sports shorts and their website was saying that those shorts - and many more items - are only available at the store itself.So, i went to the store but unfortunately, the store was almost empty !No presence of all the items that they claim to be at the store !I asked the guy their if he could tell me when should i expect the new collection and he responded that he dont know !A very bad experience and very unprofessional business. Its simply a waste of time to go their.

Difficult to find as it is the 2nd alley to the right of Mongolian Burgers, However. One of if not the best places to get High-Copy Football shirts at a really low price. 250-400 EGP Range for the shirts, in addition to the option to print custom numbers and names on the back and the Club badges. The online store is preferable but the Actual store is decent.

Bad treatment and disrespect for the customer and the worker whose name is Yassin is a person who is never respectful and I would not advise anyone to deal with this branch in particular.

Service is the worst of what is !!I asked T-shirt for about two weeks and no news. Although the distance from the shop to us is half an hour, but we do not want to leave the house while they are not answering the phone or any respect for the customer !!
