Prices are high because prices here are equivalent to official car service centers while this car service center is not an official one. At the same time, service is good yet very slow in process.

Its been long time for me not being there since my 1st car now I back again to make fast check up with my new Car C3 the place is very nice, professional stuff as I always remember, they take good care of clients and the most important thing is that fast response from the admin to solve my problem 😊 I hope to not get disappointed from choosing citroen again to be my current car ✌️

Its my first visit there and it was bad experience to me✋🏼💔 .. Ive some points about the reception that annoyed me because they was careless , and also about not having the right to be existed while checking the car and make sure that every thing is done well.. accidentally I entered the workshop and saw many things has been neglected and nobody care about asking me about the performance or anything 🤬

Highly recommended place, Very good car repair center, highly customer oriented - The place owner is a customer service master so your car will eventually get a great care. Customer Waiting area is ok (not very luxarious), some times the area is very busy with traffic with not enough parking area so may be you have to park your car near the center till you get it checked. Average waiting time 30-45 Min starting from your arrival.

They reserved me a spot for service at 2pm, when I went i found that they are in break till 2:30pm.... very unprofessional....

Today i had the worst experience with a service center and it was with Amir & Joseph Service center.I made a reservation via this page and went there at 8.30 am Saturday as planned and when i reached their they told me that they dont have a reservation with my name and i have to wait till 10 AM to ask the engineer if he can accept my car or not.Seriously they are not organized at all and they are not worthy of the reputation they had.

First time to try that center but it looks great starting from receiving my call till they finish the requested service.

Its a small workshop and take a lot of time to finish what to do , but they got professional engineers

Authorized from Ezz el-arab for Citroën, Proton, jeep, chrysler, RAM, and Volvo, in addition to Bosch services.Professionals at their field with suitable price of maintenance.Only the place is not wide enough but its not a problem if you got pervious reservasion.

Very good food ,very nice hospitality from all the staff .I gave them 4 stars only cause the cook dont wear gloves
