Something very bad and disrespectful in dealing and service. The level of dealing and performance is very low. Absolutely not.When buying, they did not comply with presenting an invoice of sale, so I stuck to that to maintain the warranty period.The installation process and the technicians performed poorly and took more than two days. After 48 hours, one of the cameras stopped working, and when I asked to repair it, it was claimed that it had been damaged, which is not correct, and there is evidence of that. Low reaction and irresponsible treatment. This is true without allegation, and there is only one person who deals, and there is no company in the understandable sense, and it is resorting to a higher official who pauses about the method and the low level of treatment. All necessary legal measures are being taken regarding the incident and presented to the prosecution.I reply to the reply I wrote.First: All this talk is a lie and is not true, and it is a true statement that is intended to be false ..... because the technician of your company came to me after the incident of throwing the stone on the place and gave me the cameras working because the previous technician who brought the cameras (Karim) was unable to deliver the cameras to me. And another technician sent me after my insistence on changing the technician, and the other delivered me (Muddathir) and that was after the attack.Second: From the first moment, I am dealing in a sub-standard manner1- The absence of a purchase invoice with the guarantee in it, and when she insisted, he threatened to disassemble the cameras after wasting an entire day and not complete the installation, and he promised to finish that after two days, while insisting on paying the full amount.2- The technician attended after two days and was unable to test the cameras.3- Another person came after two days to end the problem, and the responsible brother sees every normal situation.4- After 48 hours, I find a camera that does not work.5- When I asked to change or repair it, they claimed that it was destroyed, which is not correct, and the camera is completely intact in terms of external appearance, but the problem was exploited and I repeat that I was handed over after that.6- The brother in charge of sales (called Ahmed) is dealing in an offensive and aggressive manner, and is totally rejected.This level of dealing is unacceptable, and I endured a lot on the basis that I finish the matter and do not return to this company again.But it does not cease to transgression, provocation and disrespectful, and I am sorry that this is the way of dealing.The offer to receive me with the company and solve the problem is the first decent and respectful sentence from the time of dealing, and I was rejecting the method that was being dealt with.I paid for the offer in full, and it is my right to take what we agreed upon.So Ill wait for the camera to be fixed and reinstalled.And if the method in which you worked was satisfied with me, they continued with it, and it is worth noting that I did not pass with anyone final, but I was upset by the abuse and there is no kind of respect.When I receive the camera, the topic is over, and you have success.If the owner of the company can contact me by phone then it will definitely be useful to him.
