Unionaire has the worst customer support in Egypt. The staff is very unprfessional , rude, and simply provide wrong information. The ACs tend to fail regularly. After you buy unionaire products online from Souq, or otherwirse, you will be suprised that the company does not want to activate the wrranty.Save your time and temper and buy from somewhere else.
