Since I make pretty epic burgers, its hard for me to enjoy them outside. I can tell that this place wants to make something good, and they do try (thats why I gave them 4 stars). The portions are good, the toppings are plenty, and the size, in general, is big and messy, as they like to describe it. But from my experience, the burger patty itself, in any sandwich, is just dry. It isnt the gourmet experience they promise. And as for the chicken sandwich, its not bad at all, but not special, or at least the ranch and the mushroom ones Ive tried. Theyre the feel-bad-afer-you-eat-it kinda fried chicken sando. Really greasy, and for some reason, the chicken to crispy exterior ratio is off. Needs more coating. The bread might be the reason I go back. Overall, I respect their efforts and hope they get better, not worse, like all restaurant chains after a couple of years.

The place serves the best burger Ive ever tasted. It hass a juicy burger that is full of taste. The cheese used there are great choices of cheese.The prices are matching the quality served.You can eat there and it takes them 20 to 30 min to serve food.

Quality of beef burger is awesome.But the Nutella based products are not good because the Nutella isnt original Nacho Twisted Puff - Marshmellow

Very nice place for sandwiches.A a hand full of options in the menu but you wouldn’t need more.This branch is very small only 2 high tables indoor and the rest is out door, which isn’t the best option.Prices is slitty over average a little bit.Has chicken and beef sandwiches.The appetizers there is good as well.There is no charge for service there.The food quality is very great.The taste is very nice and very different.Recommending this branch for friends and couples only it couldn’t handle families, but maybe other bigger branches can.

Tried the Smoke-House BBQ it was amazingly delicious .. Burger was medium juicy, the hickory sauce topped with the crispy caramelized onions give it a light sour with a very nice taste.. Just the bacon they used need to be more fresh and more tasty

I recommend the Nacho chicken and fried mushroom side. the beef and chips are good but not amazing. The restaurant is not suited for dine in at all just a table or two. The preparation time was roughly 45 minutes on a busy Friday night so that was somewhat acceptable. If you like Cheesy stuff, then this restaurant is your way to go.

A friend of mice suggested not to give it a try like a year ago, however when it happened it wasn’t that bad at all. The burger was good. It not special, however what I really liked was their stuffed mozzarella mushroom thingy. Tastes really good

Nice placeBut its small

Decent menu with decent food, quality wise no complains. Took 20 minutes to prepare my order (thats a +ve & a -ve). Plenty of space to eat outside, only two tables available indoors with barely any space. You can park along the road, although the street is not clean at all, so dont expect a view. Staff were average, nothing special.

The best burgers in town are here. Willys Kitchen pays special attention to details when it comes to their food. The food is great and the staff are very friendly. Although the food might take more than 15 mins to be prepared which is a more than average time for fast food restaurants, the end result is worth it. Its really worth it.

I went to order the meal. I had to wait for like 15 minutes after the cashier told me to wait for a minute. He didnt have change. Then, I had to wait for 40 minutes before getting two burgers my friend and I ordered. The burgers were average, theyre overrated on social media. Then, we were sitting after the waiter took the plate for like 10 15 minutes and the too gentle and welcoming cashier came to us and told us did you finish? So that we can leave although the place wasnt that busy, I mean we werent preventing other visitors from taking a place. I wasnt satisfied with the experience.

One of my favorites, tasty , delicious with variety of sizes , there isn’t much selection in burgers but overall , there’s a lot of course ..Nacho burger is a must try , stuffed mushrooms as well ..I’d recommend willy’s to all burgers lovers , may be it is not the best but for sure it’s awesome ..Give it a try ☺️

Decent food. Although I found a hair inside one of my friend jalapeno poppers I believe it was. Or it was something fried. Either way there was a hair in it. And I hadnt gone ever again. If you can get past that, the burger is actually good. Being from America and nyc at that-we have the best burgers in the world and this was not something to take lightly it would definitely give lots of burger joints q real run for their money out here. Must try if in Egypt. IF YOU CAN GET PAST THE HAIR IN THE FRIED ITEM. Im sure its not a staple in the food.

A couple years back they served the best burger, but now they fell short of what they were originally doing i didnt notice the perfection the once had now the beef itself doesnt taste as good and the bacon feels a bit rubbery now the bread is still good though.

It was alright. The sandwich was quite big but the taste was normal, also the chicken was a bit cold and Nasr city branch is quite too small!!!

We tried this place today for delivery for the first time today. I had to call 7 times fotlr them to pick up and when they did their excuse was they are busy except they didnt even put me on a waiting but line switched off. When I finally could get an answer I made the order.We ordered 3 burgers and 3 starters. A chilli chilli burger, a smokehouse and a blue ribbon with 3 starters.30 minutes after making the order they called to inform us that the waffle fries are not available today. It took them 30 minutes to find out that an item was not even available.Anyway, food arrived 90 minutes late and minutes before that when I calles to check where the order was they only knew it was sent away but had no idea when it left or anything.Food arrives and we were hungry and excited but it was a disappointment. First of all the chilli chilli burger had too little chilli and a single sad onion ring. A similar case withe the smoke house. I have pictures if the burgers. Blue ribbon was better than both but was nothing special.Starters were average at best as well.In conclusion, it is not the worst burger out there but it is definitely over priced for what it offers. You can get a much much better burger for the same price.

Loved this place!! It has the same type food as Chiken Fil-A and Zacks! Its got really got quality and I would recommend it to anyone who loves crispy chicken!
