A very good place to dine in. It always overcrowded. You have to wait in a queue for more than an hour till there is an empty table. The food is perfect and delicious. The prices are reasonable and the staff are polite but they are always busy serving and cleaning. You have to finish dining fast as there is a queue waiting to get in.

Too much rush, have to wait a long time to find a place for dining, all the staff very busy, the area under the table where u set not clean at all, but the food was ok.In the end, u must review ur bill before u paying it.

Been here an hour ago and still waiting for the food. Those two gentlemen were arguing that we just arrived here, and theyre swearing that we ordered 15 min ago. Meanwhile a group of people came and ordered their food was right on the table before they even gather. No matter how good the food is ( were still waiting for it while I am writing this) this is the worst customer service I have ever received. Overall this will be the first and last time visiting this place.

Very bad service individual, you have to wait as if its the only restaurant in town, the cleaning level is far away below expectation, by the time to set make sure that you would lose your appetite. Even when your turn come you get served like a school canteen style. Food taste is not that worthy. Staff are not friendly or can be described by the word polite; on the contrary.

The variety of dishes is good, food taste is great on some dishes and some other are not that good, the staff isnt ao friendly, they have no skills in dealing with customers, the cashier man asked me to raise my voice in very impolite way which was rude, the staff on 2nd counter dont gloves (basically not all of them), food delivery would take 1:30 hours and i live in the same neighborhood by the way, if you want to eat in the restaurant you will face a waiting list which would let you wait too long, although i have faced all these negative points, i still buy from there sometimes, because they make a good syrian dishes, but they need to be skilled to deal with such a role!
