Horrible. The room is unheated although they did bring in 2 space heaters at our request, the toilet never flushed despite many visitors from maintenance ( I ended up using a bathroom in the common area outside the restaurant), the room was dirty in many areas, housekeeping did not clean despite me reminding them to come in, food from room service was edible but not good. location was inconvenient at a far end down the Corniche. the internet worked intermittently. We paid 40ish USD/nite. Maybe you can do better at a different budget hotel

Swimming pool is not the best thing, The stuff doing thier best but still some tricks they dont take care of and that make thier service not good enoughThe prices are high for this place i think its over price by some how for itThey keep every thing clean but not that much which will make you relaxed while using it

The rooms were very spacious and comfortable. Toilets were clean and well equipped. Friendly and cooperative staff, welcomed us till the last moment... thank you for the hospitality....not a last time visit!!

Very bad room view, no attention to negative reviews posted by others, pool was very dirty (was more into a lake than a swimming pool) plus every time you have to ask the receptionist to get you towels, there was no varieties at all for breakfast and the WiFi was not working during our whole stay. Needless to say that the staff is friendly and the place itself is elegant, rooms are spacious, they have within the same building nice activities like cinema, kids fun area, shopping store, food court and supermarket

The place is wonderful. The staff is friendly, multilingual with exceptional service. Me and my husband went there on our honeymoon moon and we have been upgraded to the presidential suite. The place is new and the furniture is great and the suite was spacious, room service was great most of the time. The breakfast buffet needs a bit of better food options. But overall the stay was one of the best stays in a hotel.

Welcoming staff, helpful I arrived at 7.30 in morning after an eight hour flight delay, the staff granted us a late check out till 2:00 PMRooms are spacious clean. The open buffet breakfast was also good.

The place is so good and what I like most is that its so quiet. The rooms are so clean, the staff are very polite and decent. The pools not so big but there are 2 pools or maybe 3 I just saw 2. The restaurant and its food are so good and the food is delicious. I like it so mush so as my kids.

Nice hotel. Actually you get for what you pay. The room is spacious and have a boiler, coffee and tea. Bathroom is clean and the bath tube is good with 2 different shower heads. The hotel is in Marcellia building on the 11’th floor. The room terrace is shared with the next room with a very spacious area, but less privacy. Other room’s have a private balcony. TV channels don’t have many varieties most of it Egyptian channel’s just one Italian and one english news (BBC news). The room has a mini bar. Room service was not bad. House keeping service was above average. The view was amazing but not see view you can see all the green areas around the hotel.

Food quality is very bad and always delayed + AC in my room doesnt cooling enough + they also put so small fridges in double rooms + supervisors make unbelievable excuses for food delaying, its my first time to stay in a hotel and I dont recommend this place for anyone

Me and my friend spent there 1 night which is not enough for a fair evaluation but Ill mention the issues we faced that day anyway.First the receptionist refused to give us two keys although its a double room and told us that the hotel policy is to provide only one key which means that we have to stay together all the day .Second, i found in the shower cigarette tips someone was smoking there before we came.Third, the rain shower didnt work, only normal shower was functional and it was impossible to adjust the water temperature to be warm either very hot or cold.

Really true 5 star category hotel.. i like their huge rooms and facilities specially the balconies and the water closets... stayed 2 days & Had breakfast in the restaurant of this hotel on 3 March 2019... Breakfast was simply awesome and mind-blowing.

I loved it was so relaxing, great price and the food was great and was very clean. The in room kettle was a nice touch. The menu could be extended a bit and the in room breakfast could use a tweak but other than that it was great.

My room was very spacious, very clean, beds were comfortable, smart TV was included, excellent service, outstanding customer service, location is around 750 m away from the sea, the view is not good just normal

Worst Place ever!I don’t even can consider it a hotel! Just a place offering 4 stars roomsThe staff doesn’t actually care if you have any problem or request and they just leave you till you ask 3 or 4 times to do anything!I’ve requested an extra bed and no one bothered to send it i had to go down after 5 hours from checkin in and asking i’ve asked for an extra bed 3 times and no one sent it just for them to respond and sending me the room service to open the couch!!We’ve booked a half board open buffet reservation and what we got was this in the below image!!We have to choose from a set menu and there’s no buffet since the hotel is under booked!! And when i ask that I don’t like it and i want my money back for the half board they said we’re sorry that’s not possible!!Finally before checking out the reception ask how was your stay and i explain all of concerns for the 2nd time in only a one night stay and no one bothers ... saying sorry i hope i could do something for you!!!These people doesn’t understand the meaning of a hotel or the meaning for a customer service!!I don’t recommend it at all!!

A weird obsession with the colour purple. Strange location for a hotel, particularly one trying to position itself as a luxury offering. Staff are moody, some helpfull others grumpy. No major complaints, but not a place I can recommend - unless of course you are looking for a place in this particular area.

The hotel is great with a friendly team but has a small pool.Some areas not well cleaned specially the entrance back gate of the MPH.With a high reservation rate compared to its location and services.

Good hotels good service, but Around the hotel theres a lot of local houses illegal houses makes privacy impossible.

Only 3 starts hotel, service are good, stuff not very helpful except a few of them, no many choices at the main restaurant.I recommend it for short vacations with fair price in seasons.

I stayed for 1 night. I found a very welcoming receptionist, a spacious room, the room and furniture look new . Its a good hotel for me.

They offerd 2 tea packets and 2 sugar packets whatever you stayed one day or five monthsI stayed there for one week. When i asked for more thay told me that i have to pay for tea packet, sugar and mineral water!!
