I had a very awful experience in this factory.. Maintenance engineer:karim ali called me to help with the cooling tunnel of cocoa lover product line not the 1st time to call asking for help and it was Sunday night which you would never be able to buy spare parts or items that you need for.. I called someone i know and asked for a R404 gas which is very required for the production line to keep on working and he told me its late at night.. Cant wait to early morning?.. The quality control team reported to me that the whole line will need to be reset and cleaned up if stopped working for 4 hours.. I had to get the gas ASAP and get the production line up and ready.. I did get the job done and the next morning asked for my payment as expected but Mr karim told me that the bill was not be paid cause the company with the contract said that i asked for too much money.. Which made me think of how much money they get paid for the maintenance of the year.. Founded that they get 12k a year karim said means that they are paid 1k/month which is weird cause they are responsible of the whole factory HVAC-R.. But i got the explanation for that.. The cooling tunnel which mr karim called for - had a critical problem which caused the off and almost reset the whole system for this drop... How can I get to this point as a maintenance engineer?.. Two reasons.. 1- lack of experience in managing such a large facility 2-lack of experience with HVAC-R.....Date: 2/2020
