The people there try their best to give you the best service, but I needed to go there 3 times to cancel Vodafone Cash service that the customer service were inexperienced and made the wrong procedure, which lead me to bring my brother 2nd time to cancel the service again, as the line was originally his.

Why I need to wait for 25 person to pay my bill and the service are very slow it must be the bill with different counter not all in one I hope someone look at that its really very annoying
