The Bridge Cafe is fine. It has a good view of the sea. It has open areas as well as closed ones.The food is just fine, nothing is special about it. It is a bit pricey. However, the drinks are of the normal range.There is a kids area there for kids more than 3 years old. Again its a fine area, not the best, with a trampoline and video games.

Excellent food and reasonable prices for civilian visitors.You will enjoy the view and clean restaurants with professional service rarely to find the over Alexandria. 👍👍

Hotel is simple but clean. Staff are friendly. The pool opens at 10am and the beach opens at 12pm which is a little late. The beach is clean, well staffed and perfect in the heat of summer.The breakfast buffet on the 8th floor is pretty good with helpful staff.Cafes in the rest of the hotel have VERY slow service. Overall its a decent hotel with great views.

An hotel, but misses all kind of hotel services that make me personally UNSATISFIED. A lot of constrains (delivery food not allowed, shorts not allowed in some restaurants, you cant move with Maillot inside the hotel,..... ) make you feel as if you are in a military camp.The food quality was fine, the sea view is beautiful, the room is fine & cozy but make sure you booked the upgraded rooms. Nevertheless, the services is soo ugly and not comfy.

Positives: nice lobby area, cafes’ design is done nicely, staff are friendly and professional, nice view, food in the breakfast is good as well, they provide lots of personal care products upon arrival in the room and on daily basis as well.Negatives: the hotel doesn’t serve fruits and very limited vegetables on breakfast, when I asked to add fruits, the waiter told me it is “expensive “ and guests might steal them 😐No wifi in the rooms and very slow wifi in the lobby, no wifi anywhere else in the hotel!!so this is definitely not a place to work or stay connected on social media.Room Cleaning is v bad, Furniture looks old and heavy.Ac in the room is not working properlyThe restaurant on the roof has pretty basic food in lunch menu, staff during lunch time are not very friendly, had to return food twice because it was cold and had hair in it. Even though the view from the rooftop restaurant is a killer, they totally ruin it with the unfriendly attitude and bad food quality.

This hotel is owned and run by the Army, its horrible, rooms are too small, service is bad and staff are too arrogant, entitled and rude. No guests allowed what so ever, and youre not allowed to visit other hotel rooms, everything is monitored and they call you on it directly. We checked in at 1 am and checked out directly after at 2 am, we could not stand being treated like middle school kids, and we did not feel safe knowing that theyre watching every move. They might have the rooms bugged as well. Not to mention that they charged us full amount. Please do not go there!

A great hotel... Recently renovated... With quite a good price ranges. It has all amenities one needs. Staff are very polite and cheerful. Would definitely recommend for anyone coming to Alexandria.

‪Its not about the places.. but the people youre with , the place is so good the view is wow and the sunset is so pretty 😍, the only problem is there’s no private beach at the hotel and they’re probably they will do one in near future, and you have to go to any public beach or any beach that includes fees to enter beside that the hotel is so good ,so I recommend this hotel to anyone to relax and to have a mind peace with the pool they have or the rooms ♥️

I am wondering why they have rating of 5 stars ?They dont have Gymnasium !!No internet in the rooms , no available Iron and Ironing board and they dont even provide one when you ask , no hair dryer at the washroom .More over they dont allow the taxi to drop you in front of the lobby and they always send you to the parking and I waited for more than 20 minutes for the bell man to help me with the luggage, reception and customer service is below averageThe only good thing is the location and the new rooms are good and spacious , also the prices of the food and dry clean are very reasonable

The rooms are great and the prices reasonable, but Im giving it 3 stars because of the bureaucracy of the armed forces. It makes you feel like youre staying at an army base, not a hotel.
