My favorite place when i dont want to keep looking at the menu till I decide on my order. Their coffee is amazing as well, not just their cinnamon. We tried their raspberry hot chocolate and it was so delicious even though I hate hot chocolate. I visited many of their branches in different cities and all of them provide the same quality which is perfect. The prices are good since have good offers.Their website is easy to deal with even though they dont deliver in some cities. The outdoor area of this branch may be crowded most of the time so you may wait a little bit till there is an empty table.

Nice variety of Cinnabon rolls, we had the one with chocolate and the original Cinnabon roll and cafe late, the quality is not as good as 7 years ago but edible. We liked the outdoor setting but too much noise and no privacy. The staff were wearing masks but still no social distancing limits.There were no washrooms inside. The store has easy access and reachable but no ramps for wheelchairs.

I love this place cause the cinabons warm your heart especially when fresh and especially in winter the staff are very helpful and average coffee

Sherif sts branch is lovely.. The balcony is a brilliant idea.. You set there watching downtown historical street and buildings.. Staff are friendly.. When we were there, they gave us 25% discount because of womens international day.

The Cinnabons are fresh and delicious, the drinks are great, the staff is very friendly, But there is beggars everywhere and people trying to force you into buying things you dont want and one of them tried to take my bag and run.

Worst customer service everWaiting for more than 3 hours to recieve my orderThen they told me it is cancelled because out of zone without a notification !!

They turn off the AC kinda early, if youre American, but its still better than outside and since theyre on the road by the beach, you should have a breeze if you sit outside. Ask for an English menu, they usually have them (though not always)
