Late post 5/31/2021: Staff/service slow and better get used to sarcasm. Food is eh-okey if you are hungry. THE view is AMAZING and unforgettable. **Make sure to double check your BILL not just here but everywhere you go.

Food is ok-ish. View is amazing. But: service is super slow. Service charge of 120 Egypt pounds not mentioned (sorry, this type of service does not at all deserve service charge. What for? That guest go to ask when finally drinks will arrive? Furniture worn out. Pictures definitely look better. Also: not open „around the clock / 24 hours“. This is a misinformation on Google maps.

Very good evening dinner with a stunning Sunset view over the Pyramids. The juices are really good.I strongly recommend this rooftop after the visit at the Pyramids. The chicken Shish we had for dinner were really delicious.Shown prices don’t include taxes nor Service charge. Hence a slightly higher bill than planned. ~20% service + taxes

Two drinks around 300LeThey don’t mention service and taxes and when you ask them they act folly.Drinks were just sugar, you can find better service and place by cafes nearby.- was not happy with Visa payment

Great place to catch a beautiful sunset or see Sphinx light show without having to pay 😏 I wouldn’t say the food is amazing but it’s a coffee shop… waiters are super friendly and nice (you get what you give)

The view was good. The meal was OK but expensive. We paid for water that we dont touched and around 30% additional tax.580 pound for one main and two coffee. Criminal

Worst experience in Egypt here. Extremely unfriendly staff, and trying to add on extra costs at the end of our meal. They wouldnt remove the extra costs and argued until we paid in the end.

We went there to watch the sound and light show. We had 3 drinks 45 minutes before the show, and 2 minutes before the show started we were informed that we had to spend at least 150 egyptian pounds per person. It would have been nice to know that from the first moment that we sat there... but ok. We had 2 large pizzas (low quality), and when the bill came... surprises. First of all, at the very beginning they left 3 bottles of water that we did not touch... but we were charged for them as table opening. Then, they included an extra 176 egyptian pounds for taxes and services, that of course we were not informed about.When you dont inform your client properly, that means that you are charging them for something that they are not expecting, and thats definitly not nice. We felt scammed, and we will make sure that we dont recommend this place. If you are making money out of your clients, you should make sure that they are feeling welcomed, not treated like a piece of meat with money on their pockets.

View is awesome, the best in this area it is just in front of sphinx.However it is very small place , overpriced , quality of breakfast is fine but with min varieties

DO ‘NOT’ COME HERE!!!!I don’t even want to give them one starWe ordered mix grilled , some drinks and shishaFirst of all the taste of shisha wasn’t good and they didn’t come to change charcoalsEach single time we had to ask them to come to changeSecond of all, the food came extremely SLOW !We had to wait an HOUR for our food to be ready and we just ordered something basic.And the food wasn’t so good , meat was dry.Last but not least, they OVER CHARGED us.Our bill based on menu was around 800 Egyptian pound but our final bill was 1000 pound.We asked about what was the charges for 200 , they said tax and service fee.This is their way to STEAL your money!BE CAREFUL!We went to hotel ‘Hayat’ just behind them next day, before we order something they explain us there is minimum charge which is 150 Egyptian pound per person and all charges was based on the menu. It was very clear.The food was similar quality but shisha was better than here .If you are looking for somewhere nice view and have your drink , food or shishaDON’T COME HEREBetter to go behind themI don’t want anybody to have same experience than me !

The restaurant charges an absurd price for the service, and on the menu this is not clear. Do not come to this restaurant.

Terrible experience. Minimum charge ( the live in 80’s ). Food served after 45 min. Sorry to call it food , it’s samples of probably bought from near by falafel shop . Way overpriced ( and I can tell you it’s rip off). Even I didn’t served fork and knife. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone . Might be the other places around better.

A scam... To avoid displayed prices that do not correspond to those of the bill... I put 1* because you cannot put zero. Avoid ... Real crooks as the country seeks to bring back tourists

The restaurant is sweet and has a great view, but I have a comment on it about the breakfast that scares the stomach, frankly, a horror breakfast in the month of Ramadan and you are fasting. The privacy is there, but my comment is about all of its quality ..

I was there yesterday, the first thing I asked them on the phone, because I had people who were not Egyptian, they told me a price, and when I went and they saw with me, they were not Egyptians, they took me double folds and gave me two checks of about 2,800 pounds for a semi-sampled lunch. And you didnt want to show me the menu and the prices when I didnt come, they told me, I hate myself, my country coffee is coming, and I need it, frankly, not honorable at all, in front of not Egyptians. In general, the last time I go there, I advise anyone to go there in many restaurants in the same place, and the treatment is definitely better than that
