Very slow, bus leaks oil and has to stop every now and then, leg space between chairs very narrow, not comfortable at all. Made 5 stops in a 5 hour trip so it delayed about 2 hrs. The trip took 7 hrs rather than 5 hrs. The terminal in the new ring road is very far and no transportation to take the traveller there.

Driver was great. The bus moved from Almaza station at 5:38 am. Did two more stops to pick more passengers. This took almost an hour. It reached Matrouh at 12:40 PM.

I came with the Super Jet bus from Marsa Matrouh, the bus is OK. Not fancy or anything! But they offered what they promised. The bus moved in time and arrived in time. But few things, bathrooms are never clean inside the bus! The bus stops in very dirty rest coffeeshop with a lousy place and horrible bathrooms, just to get his free food and coffee and Shesha! They can be better by only do very simple customer care!

No lights nor good instructions about directions.Everything is way beyond expensive so never buy or go for a cafe inside.Looks like hunted place at night.

Good place to travel between cities

The station is good with many available seats to wait for your bus but the only problem is the drinks dont drink anything here as its made by poisoned water if you want to drink anything request it to be made with mineral water not normal one

The chair were very close to each other and were not comfy. The tv was not working and the bus driver was not good at all it only deserves 6/10

Service is not consistent facilities wise, but their time accuracy is fair. Given the price, Id prefer that over GoBus..

Buses are very bad. I am on a moving bus to Cairo. The bathroom is dirty, and the driver is determined that it is open and the smell is unbearable. I tried to contact the company, their numbers are not answeredI do not recommend it at all for travel
