I havent written a review before, but this hotel inspired me to make it.First of all, I wanna say that this hotel is really one of the best in Marsa Alam.The food was such delicious, that I couldnt even refuse to taste it. Big applause to the chef of this hotel (if you are reading this, know that you are the best).Everyone in this hotel was always smiling . The head bartender is very cheerful. And he also made divine cocktails. The waiters are very kind and are always happy to help, as everyone else in this hotel.The pool bartender and waiter were always happy and made incredible cocktails.The sea was amazing, I even saw a turtle and many different fish.The territory of the hotel is well-groomed and clean, there are many flowers, palm trees and beautiful views.Animation requires special attention. The Chief Animator is a fun guy and the most emotional animator of all. But other animators tried to do their best to please.I already want to go back.

I really liked it here. The food was very good. The animation team is so nice and the evenings ( shows & attractions ) were so fun with them. The waiters were also so nice and always gave you what you wanted. Overall, the hotel is very good & I’d love to come here again.

Very nice hotel! Went here with my friend on vacation for a few days. The best part here is animation team - very professional and friendly. Also stuff is always ready to help and smiles all the time. Good place to spend your holiday even in Winter time ❤️

We spent two weeks at this hotel in May 2021. The hotel is very large and in comparison with the neighbouring hotels we had the opportunity to visit, which were perhaps better maintained, it won with the space it offered. Coral reef in front of the hotel. Very nice staff, both at the reception, not imposing animators, cleaners who every day amazed and made us laugh with new compositions of towels, waiters, beach staff and lifeguards. Our special greetings to Khaled from the main restaurant and Mohmoud from the Plateau beach restaurant. Wise men, always smiling and eager to chat. The food was very good, perhaps the selection of dishes was not overwhelming in quantity but we have no complaints about that with the hotels 10% occupancy. The only thing we would improve is greenery. Thank you for a nice time and your efforts, we recommend this hotel to everyone and we hope to see you again.

Very good hotel! Most of all I liked the large area, lots of greenery, pleasing to the eye. Entertainment on a wonderful conditional, responsive staff. A free water park on site is something I should stay here for. We advise! . Housekeeping good

We had an incredible time (7 nights in November - December) with very delicious food, nice stuff and good weather (26-32°C).Short distance from Airport and at this time the hotel was not crowded, so it was perfect to relax and find your place at pool, beach and restaurant.Just thinking about returning in April, when the weather should be similar.Couple from Germany

An excellent hotel! Would definitely recommend. The food is amazing. Before coming here, we were concerned that the food would be different and not so good. But with all the certainty, I can 1000% say that the food is amazing! Especially the sweets! Egyptian sweets and deserts are the best. Also, the animation team kept us busy all the time. Very energetic and kind people! Special thank you to Nano who make our stay here unforgettable. Overall, very nice to stay here with the family or on your honeymoon. Would come back for sure!

Everything was perfect... Really nice sea to snorkeling, many fishes and wonderful sea life. Animation team prepares everyday super evening program and activities during the day are also very fine. Your rooms are everyday cleaned and with all necessary equipment. The meal is interesting as well. Every day different food. Many fishes and seafood. Meal type is from all the word cuisine... I have really enjoyed it here.

Great hotel with delicious food. The staff is very kind and friendly. The animators are funny and sympathetic. Programs are amazing, you will never be bored. The access to the sea is via mole or nearby is a little lagoon, but you can also go to the beach of another Jaz hotel right next to this one and I would recommend that since the coral reef is so beautiful there. It was an amazing experience to snorkel there. The private beach is very clean and beautiful. At the pool there are good non plastic sub beds. The rooms are kept very clean. There’s literally nothing to rebuke.

The animation team is very friendly and very commited; the waiters are very prompt and communicative; the room service is outstanding and the front desk is doing everything they can in order to make our stay as pleasant as possible. The best hotel, I thing hotel has many plus, one of them is dessert and the second animator and many palms. The pool is big, bar in the water is good for hot days. Animator are so kind and I thing they doing the best job ever for the guest because they always be happy. Award a waiter is the best of the best. We had a great experience in Jaz Grand. Place is very comfortable, seaside is interesting even a bit vindy at this season (end of November). We went to another beach nearby and found a comfy bay with send and easy access to sea, no water shoes needed.And we had lots of fun at the warm pool also.The food is amasing! I have been to Egypt 7 times before, trust me with this: nowhere it was so goood.Animation team is great, very energetic and helpful. We had fun during our stay, thank you guys! Great show every evening! And my 6year old loved the kids club went every day)So, thanks Jaz for the holiday

Unfortunately,I cant say anything nice about this hotel.Me and my wife was there on honeymoon. Rooms smell like something is died inside. All hotel need to be much more clean if its five star hotel, personal is not good, one of the waiters especially wasnt treated quest properly. My wife is not from Egypt and she told me if this hotel was the first place she visited, shell have a very bad opinion about Egyptian people and country in general. In total, this hotel doesnt deserve 5 star, it doesnt have even WiFi in the room 🤦‍♀️🤦‍♂️

I liked the hotel so much was one of my best vacations in egypt, clean and modern rooms with a great location in marsa alam , i liked the food varieties. and for sure hotels atmosphere made by animation team and it was amazing!!i want to thank each one in the team and for sure we will come again!

The hotel is really nice and beautiful. It’s big and they make a lot of activities on the pool, the animation team is also really fun. At night they make shows and play music and there’s always something fun going on. Would definitely recommend you to go there, really had fun there and will definitely come back❤️!

Staff is amazing. food was delicious. animation is very fun specially luca . beach is good, so much fun things to do on the pool but no music on the beach which is kind of boring. rooms are good and big. overall the hotel is very good i hope to come back asap.

The hotel was visited in August 2021. We were astonished with amount and quality of food and service of employees. Room were not really modern, but cleaned daily. Additionally, two bottles of water were delivered every day. The hotel is next to Beach with colar reefs, which is nice in according to swimming pools. Pool got bar area inside, so its totally worth it.

Weve been here for 10 days. Beautifully placed hotel next to the beach with the coral reef. Great cuisin, nice rooms and really good service. Fantastic animators, entertainment for the whole day! We surely recommend this hotel! 10/10!

I got here three days ago and I had a lot of fun in this hotel as it looked really nice. Everyone is so nice and the service is really good and they have shows every night and activities for kids. Overall it’s really really good and I would recommend it to anyone who wants to stay in Marsa Alam for a while.

I stayed in Jaz Grand Marsa for five amazing nights!Everything was really outstanding. The hotel is big and have nice rooms. The food was delicious. The beach is rocky and is not fot for swimming but you can snorkle there. The swimming can be done in the marina at the next beach. The amazing thing is that you have access from the hotel beach to the Qoraya Bay where you can snorkle or swim.The pool is also nice with refreshing activities organized by the animation team throughout the day. Animation team is the heart and soul of the hotel as they also present most of the night shows. The whole 8 members were amazing. Nastia with the stretching workout. Zizo at the killing darts.Super Mario at aqua gym & water polo. DJ Tito at the beach volley and DJ of course. Zizo at the night shows specially the fakir show. The other two members were great with kids led by the leader of the crew the second Michael Jackson Zizo.People at the hotel were really helpful and friendly.Actually we had a little issues the first few hours from the vacation but it was eventually solved.Salome at the reception was very helpful.I would strongly recommend this hotel.Although the hotel is near the airport, its far from the most of the activities you can have in Marsa Alam.

Best place Ive stayed in a while. It does look like much on the website and a pretty swank place. Good parking and location. Blackout curtains in my room and one of the most comfy beds Ive stayed in.

I loved this vacation 😍 too much as we always be in jaz group but now I love this resort as it has a beautiful beach, with corals and sand beach the activities at the pool and the beach I loved it as animation team gave the resort a soul of fun. Food was good. Night show is very good big thank you for zizo( faqer show man), zizo Dj man, aydar volley ball.. i stayed 8 days but o would like to stay another vacation at this resort as it deserve another vacation. The while sitting was good.

Its perfect in every thing. Very good for relaxation.The food taste is nice, but the lunch is repeated. But its not a big deal because there is another restaurant on the beach.The drinks and cocktails quality is nice.The staff are very kind and helpful.The trips are perfect, for the safari trip is the best trip ever and u have to try it.

Noor is Wery helfull. Nice beach with sofy acces to the sea. Any way in Marsa don’t forget specjalista shoes for coming to the sea. End of november temperature 27 C. Paradise.

We  are staying here from 3 till 10 of May. The everything was all right. The food is tasty. The room is clean with some minor breakdowns, but it is not seriously.I dont know what the people mean when say about beautiful coral, because it is almost die. So, if it is important for you take it for attention. There are no very many fishes.The special thanks to Mahmud, who works as waiter in a cafe on beach. Sir, you are the best professional who I ever seen on resorts of Egypt.

The best thing about this hotel is the animation. The guys are very cheerful and friendly, they made up for the shortcomings of the hotel.

Great stay … we truly enjoyed spending our honeymoon in this amazing location, modern clean room with full amenities… great buffet with lots of varieties of good quality food… everyone was very professional and nice… wonderful animation team (the 3 zizo)But i want to emphasize the professionalism of few people by nameAYMAN the front desk: went above and beyond when we came to him saying we came from awful hotel and cancelled rest of reservation there, and told him that we only reserved one night here to make sure this hotel lives up to its reviews and it sure did and we had a wonderful weekMAHMOUD the server and Mohamed the busboy working with him were both soooo helpful, nice and professional and we went to sit on same table every meal to be waited by themAhmed el Helw the bar manager is extremely nice and friendly with everyone.. he ensure everyone is having great time and great drinksMahamad from house keeping ok building 57 is extremely nice, spoiled us with nice towels configurations everydayThe only things I didn’t like about This hotel is:1. Really enjoyed the holidays in Jaz Grand Marsa. Food is super delicious and great variety! You will be impressed by the cakes so far, the best eaten in Egypt! Also the Cocktails are way better than I had in other hotels before. Beach and pools are very nice and spacious.

Great and heplful people, very much taking care of us - we have a small baby. They let you be in peace and when you need them they are helpful.Very good food - vegetarian, two soups, cold hot buffe, grill, sushi, desserts, salads - LITERALLY I would rate it 2 ND BEST FOOD in my passed travellings Europe/Asia.Sea shore has nice restaurant too and you can wander. Again the staff take care of everything.Rooms are Egyptian standard - and cleaned every day if you wish.Pools is bigger than in other hotels.

Ivisited this hotel in first half of June 2021. I had covid test and visa from departure country so on airport was everything quick. Guys there were friendly and helpful. We went to hotel by bus and it took 5 mins from airport. I got the room before 10am and all-inclusive wristband as well. Room was really big,nice and clean. You can smoke on balcony. All hotel isnt extremely big,what I was really happy. Hotel wasnt opened for long time post covid so they had just 10-15% occupations, all staff inside were wearing mask and we had chance to use sanitisers in lots of places. We were able to choose food in dining room, every second table was labelled not to use to keep social distance. Swimming pool for small kids, and deeper pool was max 140 cm deep. Possibility to use water attraction in next hotel. Guys in swimming pool bar were lovely, so thanks to Khalid,Nasa and rest...if someone wants to go to swim to sea its little bit difficult as there were big waves but it was possible to go 500 metres on left and swim in laguna. If someone loves to go for diving or snorkeling so ask the seller there,good black guy(sorry I forgot his name).Animators tried to keep all of us occupied,they were really friendly and funny,thanks all of you. After dinner we had every night some program.What I loved to use there, were massages. As nurse,I had bad problems with my back and after all massage procedures my problem was improved so thanks Shemaa. Have to say thanks to all staff in spa as they were friendly and helpful, especially to manager Mina and seller Aladin. Itll be pleasure to visit this hotel again

I spent the first week of January in this fantastic Resort. Given that the holiday in the village is not my kind of holiday, I left with a lot of perplexities thanks to a last minute. I was afraid of getting bored and taking refuge in snorkelling and diving, but apart from the sea and the wonderful coral reef in front of the resort, I found a wonderful environment, not only in terms of well-arranged spaces, cleanliness, order, organization and services , but also in terms of humanity. All the staff of the village, from the reception, to the waiters of restaurants and bars, to the Spa, to the internal shops, were the real panacea of ​​this experience. Sincere smiles and warm hospitality every day, all day. Not to mention the guys of the animation staff that with their nice initiatives scattered throughout the day and their verve, always involving, but polite, cheering every free moment with laughters and fun. Ditto in the evening, with shows, games, dances and the enthusiasm to make everyone participate.Thank you all!I left Jaz Grand Marsa with tears in my eyes.
