Stay December 21-28, 2019. Hotel focused only on Italians. Unequal treatment of guests. Despite being purchased all in, some guests were booked tables in the restaurant and beach chairs on the beach. Every second person in the Polish group was sick because of food. Only the service was very nice. This hotel is not just 4 3 stars. Dont expect too much.

Really unsuitable for Germans. Save yourself this experience and book somewhere else. Italians are given preferential treatment here, although our money is of course gladly taken! Food, cleanliness and the house reef are good. Reception partly unprofessional. Always clarify problems with the bosses, otherwise nothing will happen!

We have just returned from a week trip and what about a very nice place. Clean rooms and very courteous locals. The sea with high and low tides a bit difficult for those who want to take a swim, but the beach was always clean and quiet. Regarding the going assistance I can only say that it was really disgusting, the assistant a certain Simona was not able to give any information on the spot, uninterested in our every request you found her all day sitting around the village attached to her cell phone to writing messages .. if you asked him a question he always seemed annoyed and he couldnt answer anything (maybe because we didnt take part in all the excursions. Thank you, knowing a little German we found Mrs. Silvana guest manager of the Hotel. She every little thing was always ready to help us with a big smile .... a very special woman who does her job because she likes it ... Nice hotel but never going again. I didnt like the animation at all except Federica and Enrico who always tried to involve everyone, they were also very prepared for sports activities, the others didnt even greet you when they met you. As for food ... it wasnt bad but if you like to eat fish ... here you will always find the same fried white fish ... grilled ... steamed ... then lots of chicken ... very good vegetables and salads made in a thousand ways different and also fantastic pizza ... breakfast was always very abundant. In short, place 9/10 going 1/10

Semaine de détenteAvis sur Bliss Abo Nawas ResortAvis publié : Il y a 3 jours par mobileNous avons séjourné une semaine avec ma femme à cet hôtel, dès notre arrivée nous avons été pris en charge avec le sourire et cela malgré une heure tardive.Petite surprise, lhôtel ne vit pas au rythme de lheure égyptienne (1 heure de plus ), nous nous sommes laissés surprendre pour notre premier repas.Un des dirigeants parle français, cela nous a aidé énormément.La nourriture était très bonne et variée, le personnel très sympathique.Lhôtel a été refait dernièrement.Les chambres spacieuses, les activités sont multiples, nous navons pas eu la chance de pouvoir plonger pour voir la barrière de corail, le temps ne le permettant pas.Cest un endroit où nous reviendrons avec nos enfants, lendroit sy prête également.Je recommande cet établissement.

A very cool place. A small hotel, most guests from Italy. Food very good for Italian flavors 😁 Rather for adults. Coral reef behind a long bridge. Snorkeling possible. Location quite remote, but as in Marsa Alam. If you want other entertainment a taxi is needed.

I stayed with my wife in this structure from 08-02 to 15-02 I have to say the very nice compact place, everything close at hand good kitchen. excellent cleaning very friendly and nice waiters top animation all good we see that the group is compact and harmonious the guides good and prepared we will definitely return luigi and antonella selmo

Reading the reviews about this hotel, we seemed to have the impression that we came to another hotel of the same name, naturally, that you can have your opinion but write nonsense about this place, its already harmful .. So, a hotel off the beaten track (but, hotels in Marsa Alam are located off the beaten track as well as this part of Egypt, READ!) what we already knew, because we came to rest, check-in hassle-free (just culture and a smile, not a claim attitude what I do not belong for 1100 zlotys last minute do not reading where I go ..), choice of room without restrictions, we wanted a view of the pool and we got it, no problems, service, cooks, employees, waiters, WZOROWA!, the smallest problems (I note the fact that Egyptians are also people and they deserve a little respect and a smile, a bachelors issue to read before you come to the local culture). We leave the issues of food with a brief comment because there is nothing to write over - DELICIOUS, CLEAN AND PATTERN, once again writes, if someone expects miracles, firstly READ where to go, and secondly, there are always hotels with 11 restaurants a bit Higher price .. in summary, delicious, tasty, without any comments .. All inclusive issue - I do not want to repeat boringly - with a claim attitude will not go anywhere far, ALWAYS we had drinks in glasses / glasses, no secretions, no problems, NO exemplary, polite, cultural bartenders, there is NO! pushy hand pulling for dollars, 100% satisfaction! Beach - 101% for yes, beautiful clean sand (if anyone has comments, I invite you to the Baltic Sea or to the RIU hotel network in e.g. Spain where the price will be several times higher, the access to 23 degree sea will be fine), outflow (READ BEFORE will come!) do not bother you at all, you can walk to your will to the right and left, or to a beautiful pier (we recommend a walk at night - beautifully highlighted) with a wonderful reef (to malcontents, there is NO problem with sailing out of the separate zone without restrictions to the right / left, I managed to swim in one direction 40 minutes, wonderful reef). Animations - yes, Italian, no, the animators are not casually - on the second day they were smiling and trying to speak Polish / English (it was enough to approach and humanly ask if you can also speak English, no problems!) To the predominant guest groups from Poland, I will say briefly - EXCELLENT! (what they gave us for the last, touching evening, it was the world championship!) They try, colorful animations, disco CUDO!, are visible, guarding children, you can not fault anything! To sum up, the hotel is located in a beautiful garden where you can walk, a wonderful beach with a reef, lots of walking places, delicious food, exemplary employees, smiling, you can even look into the sauna or go for a wonderful massage, full culture at the SPA!, Owner EXCELLENT , greetings Luxembourg, from Soplica :), we recommend everything at 101%! ..if you can stick to anything - in our opinion - it is rooms, but in Nothing does not bother you in relaxation, they are clean, cleaned, they just need to be refreshed, thats all, we recommend this hotel for a wonderful rest, then in Egypt , so we know what we are writing, because we love a tang about this country, usually away from tourists, greetings! :)

Animation always going top! The structure has been re-opened shortly after years of closure. The food and rooms can be improved but still super acceptable.

It was a pity to leave, one of the better holidays in my life !!! :)Superb place, fantastic people, beautiful views, warm sea, beautiful reef!I recommend highly!!!
