I wish I didn’t deal with this company regarding the home internet. There teams have no knowledge of how to operate there devices and they have the slowest replies ever.I advice to choose a different company with more experience.

Without a doubt, this is the worst internet service in Egypt. It is now called WE but that could be expanded to WE Dont Care. After a year of lost connections and phone service as well and many tech support visits it may be the problems have been resolved but I wont hold my breath.
