5 stars goes to designing office, very professional but smooth and super friendly people .In contrary the head (printing section ) is very crowded , they should organise work flow more , they got shortage of receptionists and a huge misleading to customer.Its my second printing experience in Alexandria Egypt and I recommend it highly even though those demerits
