Its an iconic place with a unique setting, hard to find anywhere else. I got a lemon and mint juice, which was great and ypu could tell it apart from artificial drinks, albeit relatively costly (15 L.E).

This coffeeshop is historical and so Egyptian. They upgraded the floor a little thus it doesnt look oriental any more. But its a cozy place with an amazing ceiling at the morning. I certainly enjoy the community there. A clean place beware of some naughty cats and mices at night.

The place ia cool not the best but its cozy, not the cleanest but not filthy, they serve shisha tombak which is awesome. Dont smoke flavoured shisha itsnot the best, i the place looks ancient and historical, the cree are good as well. Bs, lawyers gather their at the evening.

Decent pllace but the restaurants around it are not that good there is only abu rabea which is the best restaurant there and the good thing about it is that it is like a monument

Not as expected from the reviews. The ceiling is not as l imagined. I thought it is covered with glass. It is not. Still very original and it is nice to have a drink there but dont even think of trying the bathroom. It is filthy dirty.Nice place, but less than expected, with lots of coffee in Alexandria, especially in Sidi Gaber Al-Taf. The ceiling, like what is in the picture, is not in good condition. The bathroom is frankly very bad and a shame on the place because it is not cheap at all
