All the reviews have focused on the gelato flavors which I agree are great, but I’d like to also acknowledge the staff. In one of my visits a young couple walked in with a baby that was a handful, so one of the staff stepped in and carried the baby so the parents can enjoy their visit. So I’d like to say thank you for the Snö staff and management who have made our experience second to none.
