Nothing big .. i applied their but rejected ,but its a nice place

There was no proper training provided to the new hires the management lack professionalism, they were rude, unsupportive, and not friendly. There was no smoking area, fire exit should be always empty for emergencies it is not a proper smoking area. The company premises in a nutshell is a small apartment Flat hosting 50 - 75 employees in a resedential building with significantly small sized work stations and restrooms not suitable for candidates to log full time shifts, the meeting rooms also will make you claustrophobic thanks to the Chief executive officer his main goal is MONEY💰 obviously. If you showed up prior your shift by 15 minute you will have to stand in line for the elevator that was outdated, primitively designed, slow, and time consuming. When you log off you will use the stairway, and their place located on the 10th floor so it will be tiring and exhausting due to huge number of employees there relying on the same elevator. If you encounter technical issue with the computer screen for instance, and reported the case it would take the IT department 4-5 days to fix it. The smoking area had a tremendous security and hygiene concerns it was always smelly, dusty, greasy, and disgusting and the CEO should mark my words. They deliberately make people use fake American names and they impersonate and embrace their fake personas at work so if someone calls you by your real name someone from the management would approach you and ask you to be imposter and fake Centroe and to be addressed with the fake American name they chose for you to meet the standards of this place. The surveillance cameras on the floor for their internal use meaning if someone stole anything they wont check the camerafeed to spot the thief they will just blame you for not taking care of your personal belongings. The entire place was a chaotic madhouse or a CIRCUS I felt like fish out of water there....the kitchen or break area had literally 4 tables and the facility people occupying most of them so you eat drink while standing like horses the CEO conduct weekly meetings to encourage the staff, and he is absolutely clueless how to run his business which will soon downsize. There was no central Air Conditioner just small A/Cs like the ones people use in their bedrooms, and they never worked....the place is not a healthy working environment at all especially during Covid-19 outbreak I feel generously courteous giving them only 1 star. The vending machine steals peoples money and it either refuses taking money or not working...they urge people to work from home which explains all the above reasons. The training module does not exist you have to selfstudy the product knowledge on your own the trainers lack effeciency, and the knowledge. National holidays are not double paid like any other place just compensated with annual leaves. When you escalate or discuss whatever you are struggling with they wont listen or bother hearing you out....I hope they can hear me NOW....

Cant say more than a perfect environment for any employee in which anyone can work there without the stress that is used to be existing in any call center company from people around you and the system. In addition the management team over there is very professional and they handle everything carefully and with a practical manner in which no one can notice that there is an issue or any problem. Moreover the system and the code in Centro is different than any other company which works also in telemarketing over the phone by giving the employee many options and he/she can choose among these options. In fact it is a good place to start a career for any young guy or girl.

I have worked in Centro for four months. I liked the mature friendly environment. I loved how you may easily ask for a service and get a response. The elevator is kinda time stealer in there. Regulations in Centro are on point. Tell them to get vending machines on floors.

I visted once and i look forward to visit again if I get lucky. Awesome atmosphere. One advice I will give is that they should provide some refreshments for the visitors in the waiting area. I was waiting for about 2 hours last year and no one did take care for asking at least glass of water.so thats something I wont expect from a large call center with this big name. Over all its great. Reception is awesome.

Helpful and amazing work environment

The environment is super friendly and the people are nice. Plus, their salary is good. However it doesnt make sense that the night shifts dont have any transportation provided.

I joined centro over than 2 years, i was performing well and when i was moving to take my next step they stopped me , i mean the upper management they dont know nothing about management they dont have a plan for the next two hours, then you raise an issue, you will have a hard time to solve it, i had an issue this personally and guess what i was shocked from the feedback, i had a meeting to discuss my next phase, i was asking a responsible person in the company, whats missing what is the missing factor in my career , simply i asked for help which is one of the main core values of the company Helping people to develop and what i got in return is WE DONT DEVELOP PEOPLE comon i spend 2 years in this company and nothing in return, i was about to escalate that to the CEO but the question is if its gonna make any difference to escalate this issue, but i was thinking to escalate that again but i was afraid to lose my job cause am responsible person am married and i have a kid, so i disappointed to move forward for my family then i saw the favoritism is running the whole place, so when they open a position they knew who is going to fit and get this promotion, but i felt that im losing myself losing my career, losing my place losing everything in order to say BIG FAT NO , for this i have to find another job even if what happened i have to move on, so i went to my supervisor to inform him with that idea that im gonna leave the company and here is my 2 weeks notice, and when he deliver that info to the upper management guess what happened , i got that from his Skype conversation by mistake i looked at his screen and i dont know why , but i found the respond back on this message byYA RET 5ALINA NE5LAS i was about going to that person to kill him/her. what are you saying this is not even professional conversation on Skype, and this is the what got back from them, they are acting as if this company they own it or something. so again i was disappointed again , and i was asking myself a very good question for how long should i work there, what is Centro its nothing just a normal company with bad management and with negative thinking and the work environment is so bad cause everything there its just a big fat lie, really big fat lie, simply if you raise an issue thats means that you are whining , if you trying to get your normal rights means that this is an expectation , if you want to escalate something you think more than one time to make sure that you are not losing you job, anyways this is the first time to say something about the previous job, i dont know how can i take my rights back simply if you complained about something you might be fired or they will wait till you do a small mistake in order to fire you and destroy your income,so i dont want to recommend this place to anyone.
