It was a really pleasant experience dealing with Elham at Mr. Tailor. She was very polite, responsive to my needs and also offered a good discount in terms of fixing a substantial number of items - first time to deal with them.Her colleague also was very attentive and made double sure of all the alterations that needed to be done - quality service at the least.Items were delivered in plastic packaging to avoid collecting dust and alterations were excellent.

I was at Grand Mall shopping and bought a cute abaya for Ramadan. It was too big so I went downstairs to have my new abaya turned into a kaftan. I choose Mr. Tailor because it looked clean, bright and the shop was well laid out. I was in and out in 5 minutes and told to come back in 2 days and my outfit would be ready. Mr. Tailor was fast, efficient, and precise. I was so happy with the service and even got a punch card. I am going to go back for sure and have all of my clothes repaired there. Definitely 5 star service!

I respect the idea of a fixed prices tailor. It is definitely an improvement in the tailoring business in Egypt, that would push every tailor in Egypt to do the same. Also, I was amazed by the behavior and work of the staff.Keep going.
