Good sushi place. The service is nice.Pick your sushi mix and enjoy the good weather in the outdoor smoking area. Or the busy indoor diner style seating.They serve soft drinks so no caffeine for you except that Pepsi can.As its a nice place except a waiting of 10-15 min if you are in the busy nights.Tip you can wait or have your Coffe in the next door Bells Cafe

Very good sushi, nice ambience, friendly staff and a wonderful location.The place was overcrowded on Friday, but it was very good during the week.Prices are good for the value of food you get.Its definitely a place to go to.Definitely coming back regularly.I do recommend it to others, a must try.

One of the best Sushi places in the whole region.I loved Zamalek & 5th settlement branches more however this one is so cozy and very polite staff.A bit pricey but perfect taste and value for money ❤️They are highly recommended for people who try Sushi for the first time as they will never regret.

Im not a sushi person but I liked theirs. They serve really good fried sushi, and the service and staff are so professional. You will experience a very calm atmosphere. The quality and prices are very suitable compared with other sushi bars. They serve combos with good prices 15/30/50/70 pieces.

Great sushi with a nice variety of menu. The prices are mid range but they have great combo sets. The place is very cozy and modern and the staff is so welcoming. Visited in jan 2020.

Food is excellent, taste is great, and the staff is friendly. The place is just a little tight and not well ventilated, but no major complaints. Definitely visiting again when I get a chance to.(Image is low quality because the lighting inside is not suitable for a smart phone camera.)

Always crowded with underaged kids, noisy, and ofcourse they feel proud for the waiting list, although thats a mess.I tried take out one time, and the whole order was cold enough for a 1 star rating. Goodluck with the kids!

WORST SUSHI EVER. We ordered sushi last Friday and we’re still recovering.Everything was clearly not fresh and prepared well in advance. Tempura was actually fried (days before) and soggy. We tried few rolls and then we had to throw it all away.I really cannot understand how is it possible that this place is top rated…

I’d give this restaurant a zero stars rating if I can. I understand they don’t take reservations but I don’t appreciate being told that I’m on a waitlist and not get a call when not just one table but three are cleared. I had to go check why they haven’t called us when it’s been over half an hour. But moving on, when we were sat it took well over 10 minutes for a waiter to bring us a menu and it took them well over 30 minutes to bring the food. And when the food came the sushi was missing pieces and he didn’t say that they’re still being prepared and when we asked for someone to come to the table to tell them that there are pieces missing it took him well over 5 minutes to come to the table and listen to what we were saying. And after we were done eating, my chicken teriyaki was only half eaten so I asked for the reaming potion to be wrapped up for takeaway, I know I had at least 10 pieces for chicken left and half a plate of rice and all the salad, but my takeaway box which I only checked at home, had 3 chicken pieces and less than a spoonful of rice and no salad.Worst experience at a restarant. Supposedly a premium restaurant but a food cart experience. Actually I take that back, I had better food experience at every single cart I ate at. If I ate out of a dumpster I would have a better experience than I had at that awful restaurant.

Overall rate 4/10I was a loyal customer for garnell, when he has just opened, it was really perfect, the sushi was hot and the service was perfect.But this time, I was so upset. The staff were not responding and very slow, as I told them nearly 4 times that I want to make an order and after 10 min someone came to take it!They didnt brought all the sushi pieces, some of them werent ready yet and the sushi we had was warm and tends to be cold! so this frustrated me, we finished all the sushi and the rest still didnt come yet! It was the worst service ever.I made a complaint and the manager was so friendly and he gave us 8 sushi pieces as a compliment so it was nice from him.But, I doubt I can go again as the overall service was so bad.

Terrible sushi. The rice was gooey and stuck together, the lemon sushi was just a clump of fried gooey rice with a few pieces of bell pepper in it. The fish did not taste fresh. All three of us left most of our sushi on the plate. However, the soup was good as were the appetizers. But the egg rolls, although perfectly fried, were filled with mixed bell pepper-not something you put in egg rolls or sushi.

May be tasty its ok but not only so crowded with no safety but also i went from 2 days me and my wife and we are now having abdominal distress with infection and diarrhea.. not recommended at all

I ordered an hour ago on your restaurant maadi branch through talabat, I specifically put note to separate the sashimi, but when my order arrived seems like you just ignore my request and the sushi is like a trash in one container. I hope you will pay attention to what your customer is asking because we deserved to treat right of what we are paying!!!!

Very tasty and delicious, they make each piece with care and you can feel it. Their delivery is very fast. The price is high after service and vat, for example you pay 450 for 28 pieces.

GREAT SUSHI! We ordered 50 pieces and they were all so delicious, and the chef surprised us with a beautiful layout with a flower in the center. Texico roll, Phily Crispy, Merry G, Hot Lemon, Pinky G, Hoso maki and Rainbow Roll are must tries.The staff is super friendly and the service is super fast. Cheaper than so many other sushi places. And they do not need offer days, combo platters are always available for the same fixed prices. Enjoy!

You can choose between 4 combos, 150 (15 Pièces), 270 (30 Pièces), 430 (50 Pieces), 590 (70 Pièces).They serve you with a crunshy crackers. Service is good, didnt take long.
