Nine psychology is a very professional, welcoming and well administered place.Dr. Ashraf Adel is the one and only Psychitrist you would like to meet, I can’t recommend him enough to anyone who wants to get the right diagnosis and move along with his life.Great patient experience matters as much as comprehensive treatment, and my experience with the admin team has been superb! very friendly and prompt in responding to any of my queries, in addition to the online booking alternative that is easily accessible making my life so much easier.Thank you Nine Psychology team for the great experience :)

If you do not have anything else to do in your schedule it’s okay to go check it out because a change in appointment won’t affect you. The therapists there see over 20 people a day each which creates overlaying times for customers. Nancy love you but don’t get mad I was late because I paid you the amount. This place is dumb cheap it makes you wonder if the therapists are qualified or not.

Nine psychology was recommended to me by one of my friends a year ago.The clinic is so relaxing and cozy, the admins are professional and friendly.

Extremely unprofessional, canceling someone’s appointment and reporting it because we’ve arrived a bit late.They do not take the patient health seriously!Leaving a psychiatric patient can make his health worse, and make his depression bigger!I don’t recommend this place at all!

The therapist called Noha michael is not recommended and treats clients with disrespect and harassment.

Claude Reithler is not fit to be a psychologist. She projected onto the client and was using her phone constantly during sessions (no emergency to do so). I cannot comment on the clinic, this review is only related to the psychologist. I do not recommend her at all.

Very educated and professional staff. The place looks cozy and comfy and relaxing for the eyes.Dr. Ashraf and Therapist Nawal are really great. Even tho I hate female doctors but Nawal is just awesome and made me change my mind.As for prices.. it’s more expensive than average psychiatrists fees in Egypt.. but the service they provide is also more than average. So you get what you pay for. As for timing and bookings. They are very organized and they even call to remind you about your appointment before hand.No waiting time like other psychs.. u just come on time and you get started on your session. Max wait time 10 mins maybe..they are also available via WhatsApp 24/7 for emergency situations.I am getting treatment for several issues that you may find yourself similar to me at some points.I have:Borderline personality disorder.Obsessive compulsive disorder (OCD).Anxiety and panic attacks.Depression.Addiction and substance abuse.Sleep terrors and sleep apnea due to Post traumatic syndrome (PTS).Also I suffer from temporary random Depersonalization moments.I’m a bit of a mess I know 😅.. but I have been through all the top psychiatrists in the country and by far, this is the best treatment I had that made a difference in my life. I can say I am actually happier, and more relaxed and less worried and stressed. I also am working on living and dealing with some of my chronic illnesses.
