It took me more than 2 hours just to get a simple eye test

Had to go between a dozen employees from doctors to technicians just to get a simple glasses test. Usually takes a few min, but here took over 2 hours because of how complex the system is. If you need something simple, maybe find somewhere else.

Worst experience ever and from the first time .. stuff isnt cooperative. .. they moved me through more than 3 clinic for unknown reason with high degree of disrespect. And now channel for complaining and they behave in very rude .. which left me at the end leaving the place and wasting my time and no service provided ... Not RECOMMENDED AT ALL

I do appreciate that center being frequented 4 times for cataract operations related both me and my wife in 3 years with great success. Worst place & bad timing, my 80 years mother appointment was 2pm its now 5pm and the Doctor did not see her.

This is the worst experience I have every had! This just bunch of money grabbing people and they don’t care at all about their patients!!! It’s outrageous how careless and untrustworthy this hospital is. I went there with my husband to get him eye prescription and tests for eye sight corrective surgery, but oh well the eye prescription was completely wrong!!!! And come on this is just an eye prescription that they didn’t manage to get right!!!!! How come??? So imagine doing a surgery in a place like this!!!! We had to pay twice for the eye glasses to change the wrong prescription after getting the eye prescription done at another place!!!!! It’s a waste of time, money and our energy!!!! I don’t recommend this place at all!!!! Such a disappointing experience and untrustworthy place!!!!!

Amazing center. Elite service. I have done LASIK operation in 2015, in the center by dr. Mostafa Salah. He is kind and professional.The center is located in a great area. Itself, it’s a great villa. With great stuff.*But when I tried to take an appointment by phone, The call center hang up while I am talking 😡

The centre is professional, simple, fast, and direct, however, what any customer would hate about any place is *telling lies*. It simply ruins the whole experience.I was promised that if the eye tests came up with different results, they would pay for the new lense. Instead they went against their promise and now I have to pay another 375 pounds.Thank you for everything, but I would never recommend you to any of my family or friends.

I do not recommend Eye Care whatsoever. I found them lacking professionalism and unaccountable for error. Only interested in getting in money. This is based on the following experience:I had my eyes tested here and got a prescription for glasses . I got the glasses and found a certain distortion that made wearing them annoying. I continued to wear them thinking in time my eyes would adjust and get used to them. That never happened. After a few months I went back to Eye Care and complained about the glasses and had them checked. They were 100% in line with the prescription. So I told Eye Care to re test my eyes as something was not right with the earlier test. Eye Care insisted I pay for new eye tests. I refused and went to the new Maghrabi Clinic in Maadi for retesting to see if new tests agreed with Eye Cares. Maghrabis tests differed from Eye Cares. I got one new pair of glasses based on Maghrabis prescription. The test and prescription of Maghrabi proved accurate and correct. I can see much better with these glasses and with no distortion. Bottom line I wasted over LE 3,000 on glasses ordered under the incorrect Eye Care prescription with no recourse for recovery from Eye Care. While Eye Care seems modern and professional my experience was extremely disappointing.

Good stuff and good services

It is the worst eye care. They made the wrong eye prescription for my husband. He made the glasses that cost him a fortune. When he went back to complain that they were not right. They wanted him to pay to see the doctor again. As for me they said to come back for a recheck of my eye sight after taking eye drops because they could not take proper reading??? I was late one week and they insisted I pay again. Frustrated decided to go to maghrabi centre in Zahara el maadi. Clean professional place (very clean bathrooms) redid my husbands and I eye exams. Perfect

Bad experience with Dr. Wael Al-Jundi..a person of the highest level of lack of taste, speaking and treating the patient as if he were a stupid person.

One of the best eye centers in Maadi in terms of cleanliness, order and sophistication in dealing. Today I was visiting there, the nursing assistant, the excellent assistant doctor, the excellent consultant, the consultant Dr. Wael El-Gendy.
