I absolutely love this nail place. The quality of the service you get there is the type you would get abroad. The place is so clean at any given time. The staff members are professional, kind, qualified,and really know how to satisfy their clients. The owner Reem is always involved and makes sure her customers are happy and always loves hearing suggestions. It’s super easy to find an appointment. They have many services not just nails and everything they do is beyond perfect! The prices are great as well especially because they use only high quality products. I went to many nail salons not only in maadi, but around cairo, and I have to say it’s by far the best place in every aspect and I truly recommend it to everyone looking for a place to get their nails done or even lashes!❤️

I go there to do my gel and pedicures regularly, they’re very professional and nice with everyone i always see them checking up on other clients every once in a while, they also help you with picking the right color for you and they’re very patient. i recommend them 10/10 best service 100%❤️

I went for pedicure and manicure at noon, service was good, Gel nail polish was also good, but i guess the manicure bottle was old as it smudged later that day when i put on my shoes at 5 pm, so after 4 hours of having it on! pretty disappointed

The place is nice, cozy, ladies looks descent, I started on time.Service: removing gel polish and putting on basic polish.Cons:They remove the color and the base coat with drill, I would prefer as same as other salons using the drill for the color and remove the base coat while filing in order to keep the nail healthy as much as possible.They wont do any cleaning to the nail if needed, they would only put the color and thats it.My nail coat was removed few hours after.3 nails broken same day1 broken next day.Nails are brittle now :/Lady aprons were super dirtyCharges: polish removed hand and toes, 300 EGPBasic polish hand and toes 140 EGPNote: you will not feel pampered there even if you need something to be done, they wont offer you even if you will pay for it.Update: all my nails got broken on 3rd day and I added a photo of how the nail looks like :/ and how my nails got holes here and there.Very disappointed

Honestly I don’t know where to start, I never post any reviews because mild disappointment doesn’t usually stop me at my tracks. But honestly I was extremely disappointed. Not only is this an overpriced place, it wasn’t even worth the money. If you want botched acrylic nails by all means come here. If you are use to out of Egypt ombré I recommend you to not do it here it’s very horrible. Honestly this is my first impression and I was excited to try this place in Egypt and I will have to say very disappointing. Also to add on I had an appointment for hands and toes. Just for them to try to rush me and put me in very uncomfortable positions physically and mentally. I requested the lady who did my toes to wait until I finish with my hands but all she said was okay and proceeded to keep me in a physically bad position. Honestly this was very unprofessional and horrible. I will never return to this establishment because they lack professional workers who know how to do their jobs correctly. Now my nails won’t grow in well because the acrylic was done so poorly and this was truly waste of money and time. Save yourself!!

So unprofessional. I booked for 2 people for manicure and pedicure at 3pm. At 1:15pm they called and said 4pm. Then cancelled one of the bookings and could only do 1 person. We changed our plans for the day twice to suit them. Very unprofessional.

Unclear pricelist. Not transparent regarding services which leads to rediculously overpriced overall service.Quality was so not worth it. For the same price I would get a full on pampering in other high end places.

I don’t recommend the Nail Hub at all! I went for a regular Manicure/Pedicure and was surprised to be charged 140 egp extra for using Kinetics Nailpolish. This nailpolish brand is used at all major Nail Spas in Cairo with no extra charge! Such a rip-off for getting the exact same service elsewhere.Also the place is quite stuffed with too many tables next to each other and uncomfortable seating which doesn’t support our safety as clients during Covid.

My first time there was a misunderstanding as it was stressful and Eid, but the owner is the sweetest person, she called me herself and gave me the best nail spa day ever. Would definitely recommend this cozy place ❤️
