Because Wadi Degla sold a housing project built on land that’s heavily fined by the government for EGP460000000. Loads of other violations regarding construction guidelines and licensing are being processed by the Ministry of Housing and the estimated total fine is expected to surpass half a billion Egyptian pounds. Wadi Degla rejected to pay and passed the game to a new developer, Al Waly Developments who’s in turn playing games with the government and house owners to skip payment.

Is it reasonable to buy a residential unit in the Neoplace project in 2015 to receive it in 2019 and then change the delivery date to 2023 without any compensation for the delay despite the fact that I paid the full value in advance
