Cycling Group session in the morning was fun. Not many people inside the club and that was good for me. Afterwork hours may be crowded, I dont know. All the work out machines are maintained except 1 running machine. Few people clean the machines after they use and that is not good ( it is about the people, not the Gym by the way!)

I have been a member for 6 years and was satisfied with the quality of service and equipments.Unfortunately, things started to decline after COVID. Trainers are usually nice and helpful but some trainers lack communication skills and are not fit to work with customers (Coach Reham)I have decided not to renew my subscription. Their expensive fees is not justified if what you get is unprofessional rude trainers.

Its ok. Everything you need is there, the staff is nice. The price is that of a large modern gym. This gym has limited dated equipment. Mismatched weight sets. The dumbbells and plates are always everywhere..no enforcement for patrons to put things back or for the staff to pick it up until its closing time. If I had much other choice in the area, I probably would not go here, but it does have what Im basically needing.

Programs are great, but the process of getting a slot is painful. Their app doesnt allow to book more than a session per day, so you need to depend on the front desk executives at times (few are good and supportive but rest are opposite, shows no empathy, sympathy or courtesy). Overall they need to improve the service quality, not as good among few I experienced.

Gym was super crowded that I couldn’t find a place to put my yoga mat and workout, when I reached gym “manager” or the person in charge he said there is nothing he can do, quoting him “ a3mlk eh y3ne amshelk el nas el foo2” VERY unprofessional!!

Samia Allouba is one of the best health clubs in the country. Been in Maadi for years, the place enjoys excellent reputation among Egyptians and expats alike. The place is very well equipped and offers all sorts of modern classes. If you, man or woman, would like to enjoy your gym sessions, this is the place to go.

This was the 3rd gym I checked out this week and I loved it. Clean, great equipment, beautiful space and vibe, no crazy sales pushiness like Golds. I have found my gym when I am in Maadi!!!

Good equipment, nice staff. A good WLAN would be great and it would be good if the toilets were equipped with toilet paper and towels in general. And with such high prices, they could also provide the lock for the lockers. Sauna and steam bath is good. Jakusie is also available.

I do hip-hop there and I love it its very sporty there is a gym for classical dance lessons for the little ones to adults for Zumba dance lessons all kinds of sport if you try to spend yourself this is where you have to go
