Very clean gym, the trainers are very helpful. It’s best to go in the morning. The equipment is all new and they have a perfect terrace at the 8th floor overlooking street 9.Get your own padlock for the locker room ;)

The only advantage of the gym is clean place and the machines used are new, but it is only superficially.The service provided to subscribers is below the required level, you must pay extra money in addition to the the GYM subscription fee in order to be taken care of by the coaches.I had a situation with a coach there. I was with him in a specific number of private sessions and when the private sessions ended he left me alone and no longer provides me with any service !. When I asked him what I should do the next day in training, he refused to answer and insisted that I should pay more money for the private sessions.And the next day, when i went to exercise, I did the wrong exercise because i dont know how to train with miself and no one of male captains paid me attention to me on the correct method of exercise except for Girl coach who was walking around and saw me doing the exercise wrong and corrected me thanks.In the end, a very bad experience. I do not advise anyone who is a beginner and does not have experience in exercises, to participate in it.

The name rings a bell,the Role model for all gyms world wide, dont hesitate to subscribe.

Everyone loves it: new weights, equipment and excellent classes. But for me there is only squat rack and bench which is annoying. Staff are really nice and friendly, place is super clean too. Would highly recommend.

Nice branch, private area for ladies workout, convenient working hours from 5am to 12am, private swimming pool, Large, private locker areas for ladies and gentlemen featuring sauna, steam room, Jacuzzi, and Juice bar serving healthy food and drinks including weight loss products, and supplements for enhanced performance. Nice atmosphere and friendly staff. Also they have nutrition counseling.

In case you looking for socializing and workout in the sametime this is the place

I wanna to thank ( Micheal Samuel ) he’s a trainer there, I wanna say he’s the best I highly recommend if you look for someone to work with u and make u workout really good he’s the best there, he’s very intelligent knows what he’s doing , knows how’s the body work not just about workout but about food how’s the body work , the place is really good I live in the State is the same what I have in USA

Good equipment and overall nice but the place is kinda old though, should be redecorated for the price. And the sales rep was, obnoxious and full of himself. Other than that would go there.

Pretty fantastic place to train and relax. There are many new and maintained machines. The roof is also cool and serene.

Very close to Maadi underground, very good place for fitness decent trainers keen to help you fees is not expensive for the machines inside nearly 7500 EGP per year.

Place is always clean, plenty of classes, but there is no care for the ladies section,,its small and coaches are not available and even if they are there they are not supportive...classes are amazing

Take care guys you are going backward. Golds GYM in Egypt is deteriorating and you have to do something about it.

Golds gym is always an excellent place to workout.

No music in the ladies’ gym. Only members talking int an extremely loud voice on their mobile which makes exercising a pain rather than a pleasure.

Great atmosphere to workout, great staff and very knowledgeable coaches but the problem is that they are missing a few sets of dumbbells from 34-44kgs , some weights are in lbs and others are in kgs which could be a bit confusing. Straight bars need to be replaced they are either bent or the knurling has been erased, there is only one straight bar with a good enough grip to deadlift. The trainers and people who go here make this gym feel like home so even when there is some missing equipment or outdated machines I still wouldn’t want to workout anywhere else .

It’s on the eight floor, got tired of waiting for the elevator so I climbed the stairs! There is kids zone but they charge an hourly rate to watch your kid.Membership prices as of 7/4/18 are as followOne month 2622 Egyptian pounds or $146Two months 3933 Egyptian or $2193 months 5130 Egyptian or $2866 months 5560 Egyptian after 25% discount regular membership will cost you 7410 EgyptianAnnual membership is 10035 Egyptian for an all day access! The equipment and building is quite old (the roof pool needs refurbishing), not that spacious either. The price is seriously stupid, its no where near as good as some other gyms in Maadi. Its a brand and thats it, if it wasnt for the name it would be ten times cheaper. Also for some Egyptians to put this into perspective, the BEST gyms in London and New York are significantly cheaper than Golds Maadi.
