It’s my favorite market with a very good quality items and helpful staff

The place is clean and organized, however I hardly see customers inside, their prices are way higher than market price, limited selection of fruits and vegetables, many imported goods however the prices are way too much compared to other places. Masks are not mandatory, no public bathrooms. They also have a frozen food section, ice cream and poultry section.

Incompetent and slow service. Delivery is routinely 2-5 hours late. They dont answer the phone. It used to be much more efficient. Pity because their products are excellent in terms of quality and variety.

Like another reviewer my card was swiped multiple times and I was double charged within minutes. The amount was substantial. The owner refused to acknowledge any responsibility or offer assistance telling me it was my problem and my bank’s problem. While I love the fact that I can get products from home I will not shop here anymore. Buyer beware.

A very unfriendly guy who owns and operates the cashier here. More than one occasion of being treated unprofessionally. Not worth going again. After I was worried about my card being charged a couple times cause of the foolish way he handled check out, he rudely told me that if it was, it would never be his problem to solve and I would have to deal with my bank. Not worth going here, if you have a problem, it will be a nightmare to deal with. And even without problems, on normal days I found him super rude and unhelpful and angry if you don’t buy enough stuff etc. Basically he is only about receiving in his store and getting what he wants from customers and has no sense of customer service.

Dont expect a lot of the imported products that you would want. I was hoping for instant noodles from Korea but they dont have those. Other than that, the customer service is nice.

Owner is very rude along with staff. Some of the stock is expired which shows the business is not doing very well. Hardly did I ever walk in and found another customer. Owner answered questions very rudely multiple times. Boycott them!

Double priced for no reason. Without shame they double price some goods. I decided to not shop from Mariam anymore, Seoudi is just next to it and they sell with the official prices.

Its just a supermarket, in a nice place next to Genkhis Khan and many other shops in 233 street.opposite to street 199 and near the entrance of degla through the route between Kornish and autostrad that has the tora prison.its a typical supermarket where you can find milk, eggs, cheese, nescafe and many other ingredients.The owner is a nice lady with her children.

Owner does not lable pices on all goods. Too much time wasted having ask how much is this or how much is that? Also you dont know if the price he qoutes is whatever he makes it up to be?

Very bad customer service. The cashier who seemed to be the owner in some way was very rude to me when I asked him couple of questions.

They charge double the price for some of their items and it’s not even imported or hard to find.Like the crabsticks, it’s for 27LE and they sell it for 50!!!!

Great Staff, offers variety of imported and luxury goods for expats in the area. open until 12am and offers delivery.

Staff can be a little dry but they’ve got a massive selection of produce!
