Dr. Noran is simply amazing. She is very professional and extremely knowledgeable. She answered all my questions clearly and always, explained every step of the treatment as we went along. I had 3 treatment only one with Dr.Amr which was great , Other two was extremely badCeramic crown was broken after one year while am eating donuts!!Root canal crown was comes out of position after 16 month.I went for an implant here for $4500 because of that.

Bad experience unfortunately they were not up to the level of efficiency.Except Prof. Dr. Amr Azim is the only professional doctor.

I cannot recommend Dr. Mariam RizkAllah enough. Her integrity, proffesionalism, and compassion are beyond words. I came to her with many issues, we put a treatment plan, it was clear, it was followed, and was executed with the utmost level of detail, and real care that recovery was effective. Really a star.

I think this is the best dentist Ive ever been to. The doctors and nurses are extremely kind, and best of all, they speak English. The equipment used is brand new and is used with care. Only problem- no reserved parking for patients. Overall, highly recommended that you come here for your next appointment.

It’s a clean sterile place and they help in emergency situations but letting juniors deal with a difficult job is not what I desire, I went there with many problems, unfortunately they were not up to the level of efficiency, not to mention the nonprofessional attitude in dealing with clients specially children. Of course dealing with foreigners are top priority!

The place isnt that visible as the building is hidden behind some trees and there isnt a clear sign to the clinic. Went in for a general clean, the dentist was really nice and informative. She did her best to keep me comfortable. I havent been to the dentist in a while so I was a bit uneasy. The receptionist was really friendly and accommodating. Huge plus, you can pay with cards and you get a free toothbrush after the horror!

A wonderful clinic with a very helpful and professional staff. I highly advise everyone to go to this clinic. Its also very organized with the appointment system, staff speaks English as well as other languages, the clinic is also very clean and all the advanced machines as xray machines ,CT‘s and Automated milling machines are available, so you don’t have to go anywhere to do any Xrays.

I cannot give full 5 star rating at this point because my experience is that there is still room to grow with customer service at this otherwise exceptional clinic.)At first my experience was wholly positive with Maadi dental center. I was seeing the orthodontist for my braces treatment.After a long absence, I returned for dental work and was passed off to her assistance. This upset me - as this ongoing journey with braces has had its ups and downs and has involved me switching country of treatment from Dubai to here (because of a move for work). I told him it was no offense to his work or qualifications, but I really wanted to see my original doctor, as she was the one more familiar with my case, who I had seen primarily in all previous visits, and who I had asked for personally when I made the booking.The apprentice doctor went to find my original doctor. And I believe there must have been an issue in communication between the two doctors. Because when my doctor returned from the bathroom I felt she was on the defensive about their decision to switch doctors, and wasn’t attentive to my needs as a patient. I told her if a new doctor was handling my visit then it would have been the professional thing to do to inform me she would not be the one treating me during this visit before she went to the bathroom. And would have potentially prevented the whole uncomfortable scenario.I felt unheard as a customer. I felt my needs came secondary. I felt the priority was on defending their actions rather than offering remedial assistance to a distraught (and crying) patient.I held such high regard for the clinic as a starting patient. As the staff are all educated and kind - the clinic is clean and up to date with dental technology machines, and the services had been satisfactory up until that issue.Originally I was going to seek out a new dentist. But after further contact with this clinic I amOpen to continuing my treatment at this facility.

I used to be a patient for more than 8 years.. and recently the level of service became horrible.. they have a serious problem with their appointment system. The dentists working there are really good but the disrespect for patients’ time is a major turn off.

I went in for an examination and paid 800 pounds for the examination and x-rays. I asked them to email me the x-rays I paid handsomely for and they said they would. Its been over 3 weeks and I still havent received my x-rays. Ive called over 6 times to no avail. Not professional at all!!! Very disappointed.

The center is clean and the equipment is modern, but I do not recommend dealing in the periodontal specialty. Dr. always is not present and always has a problem with appointmentsI will talk about my experience with Dr. Mustafa specializing in gum.My son got gum problems and went to the center. I met Dr. Amr and it was an excellent meeting and he told me about the possibility of his operation, but it is the specialist doctor who decides. Unfortunately, I did not find any appointments for a full month, because Dr. Yiji only once a week. Finally after a whole month, the doctor apologized an hour before the deadline. Of course, my sons condition is one month better than his situation now, and the simple one ends. He apologizes, knowing that the medical profession does not bear the delay. The disease does not wait, and we are not in his government hospital, so that you are not in the waiting lists.. I do not consider any individual in the Sennar only the other gum

A very bad experience with Dr. Omar, who is considered an opportunist and is working to exploit patients, as I have examined them and asked me 500 pounds for detection fees, knowing that the detection fee is 300 pounds and after thatI was asked to make a panorama, which is basically 100 pounds. He asked 600 pounds and insisted on cleaning work at the same time, which exaggerated the amount of lime cleaning to 1400 pounds.He advised everyone not to deal with this center in order not to be vulnerable to exploitation
