Had a really poor experience at Indra Day Spa. Booked a 1 hour foot massage and 1 hour facial. Arrived just before my appt time but they didnt start the massage until perhaps 15 mins after. I looked at my watch just before she started and when she finished because I thought it was very short. The actual time was 40 minutes but they charged me for 60. The facial was not great either. Again, the therapist finished early so it was more like 45 minutes She cleaned my face quickly and then just left me for a really long time with a mask on which was really uncomfortable by the time she came back. Then she just washed my face quickly and put Moisturizer on and done. There was mud everywhere including a massive clump in my hair which I found when I went to the bathroom later. I mentioned the short time to the receptionist and even though I paid without further comment she proceeded to argue and argue with me about the time and that my watch must be wrong.( I have a digital watch that clearly said 12.12 before she started the massage and 12.52 when she finished). The receptionist was quite rude. Would not go here again even if it was free...

It was ok. I asked if it could be stronger so stayed 4 days with pain. I guess it was my fault.

I went to Indra last week its it went well the price was correct and the massage relaxing, on the other hand I returned today and it was the opposite, woman of the reception who increases the price and you dont know why! The masseuse pressed really hard even though I told her to do it less hard ... I took 1h30 in fact 1h10 ... I came out of the nervous instead of being rested and relaxed. I will never go again! I really do not recommend this place!
