After so much time wasted in dental clinics over the years, the best part of the experience is the punctuality! The second best is the hygiene, frequent change of gloves, and the unpacking of sterilised tools in front of me for reassurance. Dr. Mahmoud also cares to explain all the relevant details and different options, which has always kept me well informed. Finally, the missing star is for the price range, which is a bit expensive.

This is by far the best experience I ever had at a dentist, Im really not marketing for them but a month ago I had four sessions and it was fantastic experience, heres why:- Theyre so experienced and good at dentist, Its been a month I can eat all kind of food just normally after I was struggling and had some teeth in horrible state (just was a little pain for the first week but I think its normal thing).- Dr. Nora and the staff were so professional and extra nice, you dont feel youre at a dentist at all when it comes to the boring painful time, she tells you all the time what she is doing, she gives breaks, they play music and have screen in-front of patient with natural views.- Normally you get VIP like service, never had to wait for my turn, they use only good material for filling and so.- They followed up with me after some sessions by phone/WhatsApp, they had active WhatsApp contact for 24/7 help, after last session I had issue with one teeth and they offered to come immediately to the clinic and they fixed it with no wait and free of charge.- The clinic decoration is so nice and its so clean.- Prices are fair compared to those fancy dental centers around, it could be a bit expensive compared to the low clinics around Cairo (those that you wouldnt really want to visit).

Very professional, fluent english speaking dentist and personel, very clean, no waiting, no crowded waiting rooms. Had a root canal filling and a crown, and it was really well done. I can only recommend. I would never go to any other dentist while in Cairo.

Dr Shalashs clinic has been my dental home for almost a decade now. I have always had a lot of problems with my teeth and I am always afraid to go to a dentist to find out what else is wrong but with Dr Shalash and his staff I have become so familiar that I dont feel nervous anymore. They have always been so flexible with all my travel schedules and all my requests for changing appointments or last minute requests. I even whatsapp them from abroad to request old documents and old x-rays, and they have always accommodated my requests. Even when I am in some countries where I am not comfortable with their dental facilities, I will reach out to Dr Shalash and his team, and even send pictures of a tooth that is bothering me for them to advice me remotely. They are always there and always respond. I have had a lot of work done with Dr Shalash over the years and I feel that he and his clinic are continuously keeping up-to-date with latest technologies and equipment in an effort to make sure their patients receive the most comfortable and latest advanced methods of treatment. Dr Shalash is a brilliant dentist, I would never consider going anywhere else and would not think twice to strongly recommend him to family, friends and colleagues. I needed two wisdom tooth extractions one impacted and the other partially impacted. I have gone a few times now to see Dr. Shalash. He was recommended to me by friends. His place is convenient to get to on Road 9. His office staff are friendly and professional. For foreigners, his command of English makes you feel at ease. The office is very clean. Ive had 2 cleanings and I had a night guard made there (great fit). He is busy so best to call ahead. I do recommend this dentist :-)

It is the worst place to be if you have the dental emergency! As Profesor Shalash is going to give you even for single RCT weeks time! He is super super busy! The communication of him and his team is awful! They are all excellent in the exhibitionism! Had a patient with bridges and gums inflammation. He has removed the bridges and has shortened the teath under it and now it is weeks that asking us to come for visits with only small touches in the teeth and again asking for weeks to come again for another visit. Today my wife one teeth broke, and I told him that we need to have this process finalized as soon as possible. But yet we were asked to have at least four additional visits! If each visit of this Profesor will have 2-3 weeks times in between. So, alhamdulillah only small procedure will take my extra months or maybe year! There are no lack of excellent dentist, today after leaving Profesor clinic I took my patient to another best and clean hospital and they have done there work honestly and told us that the whole process would finish with 3-4 days. So, don’t know why Profesor Shalash planning is taking tooooo long??? Anyhow, it is a business, but we have to do our business professionally and have to sometimes give priorities for emergencies! Emergency is not only pain as professor is saying or defining it? I am myself medical doctor and can justify my case as urgency! As a woman with pain and already broken one teeth due to miss management and long waiting period, with no frontal teath as the bridges has been already removed by professor , the fragile frontal teath with even no temporary gums and so on... is not emergency? With that condition my patient should come after almost 20 days for a visit to the professor after that for few more visits?? By that time I am sure that all the frontal teath would have been broken. Now you can imagine how much it would have implications on women look and prosperity!! This was my experience with this child Profesor!Dr. Tariq

What a wonderful experience . I visited Dr. Mahmoud in jan 2014 to adjust my dentures. I was putting off the idea of implant for two good reasons one the cost and the pain.Finally after a good discussion I found out that both my reasons where resolved as the cost was a reasonable one and there is little or no pain during the operation and a little more after... during the healing.I was impressed by the high level of expertise and technology.Due to my schedulehe had to do 8 implants the same day 4 upper and four lower .Pain very little actually it was from the first needle for just a few seconds the drilling and the screwing went well.I returned 3 month later in May2014 to complete the implants it took 2 session .now I am pleased to have no pain on my gums while i eatWould i do it again YES.Thank you Dr. Mahmoud and Dr. Maram and a special thanks to your wonderful teamI Highly recommend this implant center it is worth the travel

My experience worked as cleaning on two sessions on Monday and Tuesday after the first session. I was told that the second session on Tuesday is postponed. I told them with an excuse, and although I paid the full amount, 950 pounds, the value of the cleaning, I did not receive an invoice, and I was not informed while they called me about the possibility of recovering the amount of the second session. They only said thank you and hung up
