Its a nice place and the staff is friendly but the restroom is out of toilet paper and its not cleanAlso the cheesecake is not that goodBut the mocha is amazing

Costa has been always a nice place to meet your friends and and colleagues with their unique variety of food and beverages they provide a good place to spend time in.The problem in this branch is that the smoking and non smoking areas are in the same place so if youre a non smoker you may expect that you will smell some of the smoke.

One of the coffee places I love to go for chilling, relaxing or even for work.Good quality service.

Even the food is majorly lovely if not for a few sandwiches that are quite dry to be honest but other than that .. absolutely amazing! Especially the cheesecake .. best cheesecake I have had in any café in Egypt so far!Also the Barbecue chicken sandwich! That stuff is good!

Nice and cozy coffee shop, the beverages are great , tasty coffee , nice place, the problem is that there is no separation between smoking and non smoking area, so if you are non smoking person you will no be happy with such smoky place. For me I prefer this Branch for take away coffee cups.

Nice place to grab a fast meal

Costa has changed over the recent years. Coffee blend is worse in my opinion than years ago.Cortado coffee is my best option. It has 1:1 or 1:2 coffee to milk ratio. Classic is the best.Inattentive staff. You spend long time trying to grab their attention to order something.Usually busy place.But they have decent quick bites. Some of them can also be warmed.

Amazing place to spend with your friends or your loved ones. Costa coffee is near the Grand maadi mall and it has variety of class coffee to offer you along with some quality and delicious mouth watering cakes and pastries. Divided into two segments, one for the smokers and other for non smokers.Surronded with good quotes and frames all along the walls.Have a great time😇.

Good coffee but the smoking area is destroying the place!

First time stopping in here. I ordered a coffee frostino and my husband ordered chocolate ice cream. My frostino (roughly 40le) came very watery with very weak coffee flavor. No whipped cream, they ran out. I complained about the taste and they said I had to pay extra for them to fix it. My husband was disappointed in his ice cream. I had a taste and I could tell why. I dont know if they are using milk powder or what but I never thought I could say an ice cream was dry! You could taste the powdered texture and it was a little choky going down. They asked him if he wanted in a cone or a glass, he asked for a glass. On the bottom he found chunks of soggy cone. Not sure of they thought this looked nice, or if they are just trying to save space to put less ice cream. Doesnt matter because he didnt finish it. Walked out disappointed and we will not return or reccomend.

Never again!! I came here ONLY for the wifi, and when it wasnt working, the enployees acted like I was stupid for not knowing that I had to pay. And then when I tried to pay, it still didnt work! RUDE condescending employees.The dessert was good though.

I used to be a huge Costa fan. But since they have started offering stale croissants and juices that contains soda (yes, you can try it for yourself - just shake the bottle and enjoy the foam that will out of the FRESH JUICE), I just stopped going there.

Very nice brunch in prime location in heart of Maadi next to Maadi Grand Mall. Customers used to smoke in a non smoking area is the only negative part. Egypt 🇪🇬 style.
