A joyful place to spend a weekend-go-out in. Bowling center is good but I wish the track was a little bit wider.Table tennis area in the ground floor is also good but the rackets needs to be renewed.Thats my experience so far.. will update soon

Poor experience overall. The place needs renovation.The bowling lanes are not bad but had couple of tech problems during the game.The sitting area is not good and they dont serve good quality beverage.

Its very good place for kids.. Variety in games. But little expensive.. Prices are 20 or 30 for every game.. There is no entrance charge.. Age for games from 3 to 14 years.. Near to corniche el maadi.. Your kids will have a great time there but you will pay much for this....nice..

Ice skating ring is lovely but the instructors dont really teach you much, however they help you when you fall. The music was bad also at some point. The billiard and bowling hall is cool and not that overpriced. The arcade needs air conditioning as its hot as hell in there and some games are overpriced. Also, the VR game can only be played solo. The table tennis hall only has 3 tables anf is also very hot, it is cheap however.

Great place to hangout with family and friends...i would give them 5star but inside hall their simple food is very expensive...so 4star...

Very cool place , friendly and good for all family members, also you can have fun if you are going early so you can watch the cartoon film before 13:00 (01:00 pm) and the transportation is also available ( microbus to the the underground station) prices in the family land is responsible for all just dont follow the kids requests for repeat the games :)

Prices for the PingPong is cheap but in turn the tables and paddless quality is bad they are playable but not the best, but the pool table and bowling ally are good. The cinema is closed due to being renovated.

It is not a family friendly place!I used to go their a lot when I was a child and teenager, then I moved from maadi and wasnt able to visit it again until today, I took my parents, wife, and children and went their, as soon as we reached the underground floor I felt we needed smoke masks, the hall place was full of cigarette smoke, which made us feel sick for hours by only walking throw it for less than a minute.

I have had fun playing tennis table and ice skating . The bowling is fun but really old and needs mentainance. Overall, it is a nice place to go out with friends. The drawback is that this place is used as wedding hall, so many people there are going to weddings not to play games. Besides, the bowling needs to updated. The prices are good.

The cinema become wonderful and enjoy experience there

The place is fairly OK with a few ninor things. It used to be a very nice place, but as usual we have the gift of ruining everything good. The amount of Biggers around the place is unbelievable, and of course the sayes for parking. The movie theater is of poor quality in video, but the audio is fairly well. The prices of the Cafe and the cafeterias are over the top expensive, just because its a movie theater. I only go there because its 5 minutes from my home, but honestly other wise i wouldnt step a foot there.

Its rather old but has a bowling alley, a childrens play area, and a movie theater which is kind of old but clean.But if you plan on watching a movie, bd ready for audiences that dont stop talking. When we asked one of the ushers to resolve the issue he said theyre always like that and proceeded to do nothing.

Place with boeling, skating and some other games. A little old but nice, and its not expensive. For example skating for half an hour is for 50 le, bowling for 47 le, etc

For the cinema part: you have to purchase anything as long as you are waiting for the movie time, the water small bottle is for 15 EGP! And the place itself isnt valid for the normal use..!The place in general is not suitable for normal ppl use

Its ok for a bit of fun for children but the place is horribly not maintained. Too bad because it could be one of the main attractions in Maadi if taken care of.

I come here for the cinema which I really love. Prices range from 40 to 60 depending on the time of day. English movies are 3D so bring your glasses with you.

A good entertainment center with games like bowling, skiing, table tennis, billiard table and a small fun games area for kids. It also has some restaurants and a newly renovated Cinema.

A terrible cinema place... Horrible staff... Ugly decor... Disastrous attitude.. Overpriced - terrible food corner.Always a selection of C grade Egyptian movies and one or two B blockbuster Hollywood rejects.If i could give it less than one star i would ...Dont go there unless you absolutely have to.. or under torture..

Good place to get some fun

Not a bad place for a family night out its defently family friendly,Was there for the cinema, watching the movie thor ragnarok with friends, the cinema is not bad but the screens are much smaller than any other cinema Ive been to, Over all experience not bad.

The best place i have ever seen, you can do lots and lots of activities there and also its nice to stay in comfort zone and relaxing, very Very very nice and clean and also its contents many helpful staff to help you at any thing you want or any thing you need

Was there for the cinema, they cut off the movie at the middle for no reason, at first i thought it was a break and after going out and in i found that it wasnt a break as after 15 mins they cut off the movie again, also the base of the sound is totally damage, all over was an ok but totally not recommending it

It is beautiful place and enjoyable. It will be better if there are packages for using entertainment units and games since all over a bit expensive.

Everything is old in this place. We went to the movie theater, there was no one to guide us in. The 3D feature was below average. Then we went to the rides area, almost everything is over priced and old. Was not a very pleasant experience.

5 stars for the cinema 👌🏻 its always empty any time and that is perfect so you can watch the movie alone 👌🏻

Played squash at the academy in Family Land several times, but inspite of good coaching, Family Land squash courts along with the other activities lacked decent infrastructure.
