First time was great and I even thought that it’s the Best nail salon.They are Clean, professional, high standard and respect all covid precautions.I did my acrylic nails with Nessma and she was very good. She honestly argues a lot and was a bit annoying but did a good job as shown in the pictures.But the second time the same girl Nessma did my nails poorly. They lasted and all but looked very bad, thick, wide and god helps you if you try to ask for different shape, color or anything!It’s her main problem, she has to argue with EVERYTHING !!! from the Color you should put, shape and length of nails…etc!!!! She even refused to put color in my toes and I couldn’t argue any longer!I could see it better the second time! She has great potential but bad attitude!!! Very very annoying

A great first experience, here. I had a gel manicure with GiGi. She did a great job. The space is clean and relaxing music plays throughout. So calming. I also had an eyebrow threading service and it was great, too. Be sure to to book an appointment with them.

My salon in Cairo. Always on time. Perfect service. Professional and talented. Cant say enough good things. A bit more pricy than others but quality has a price. Love it.

Josy is an impeccable salon. Service is outstanding. Area is clean. Many many beauty treatments available. Sometimes it’s hard to find excellent salons in Cairo - and josy is a true exception. Professional and relaxing experience.

Professional, friendly and a very warm and relaxing atmosphere. There is so much pampering that you could indulge in and come out feeling like a queen! You get professional advice before you start any treatment. Staff are very well trained and a welcome smile is always there to meet you.

The service was good up until it was time to pay. Was booked for a different (more expensive) service than what I had reserved. I relayed multiple times what treatment I wanted. I believed they had understood me. I will not recommend them and will find a more transparent business for beauty services.

Just recently, I took my two of cousins to the spa. This is the third time I’ve witnessed the receptionist and the manager has been rude( rolling the eyes, gossiping). We asked questions about the massage and extension etc and the answers was too short and made a few sarcastic comments. They also have a very bad customer service as we had an issue with the booking at first then with us bringing my cousins baby. Josy the owner was very rude, she mentioned that I’d rather you leave this than me losing my clients when the baby only cried for literally five minutes. I’m very disappointed with this as I have brought my friends and recommended to a few of my new expat mates. I know people rave about how the salon is good as she’s an expat but with such an attitude and unprofessional etiquette I’m not too sure if that’s a good place to go to anymore. I’ve also found two other beauty salons that are quite good in Maadi which I’ve started going to Mano and Podi and Joys beauty salon both owners are professional and haveGood customer service ( good mannerism from the staff, clean, good reputation among the expat community, reasonable price too).

The young women doing my manicure and eyebrows was so slow she tried to rush my pedicure because she had a bus to catch to go home. I complained to the manager who assigned someone else to finish my pedicure and they did not charge me for pedicure. Getting to speak to manager and getting resolution took an hour. I was frustrated and the worker had to stay and explain herself so... she missed her bus anyway. Its very unprofessional experience.

I always enjoy going to Josy: relaxing environment, polite and helpful staff and perfectly executed treatments make Josys a Cairo must do item!

I used to go there for waxing. Work was quite good but then I gave birth, so I had to postpone some appointments because of postpartum or so. The woman was very mad at me on the phone, not comprehensive at all.
