1. The manager/a doesn’t seem all that bothered about when the ship leave told 2:00, then 2:30 and now 3:00. Apparently waiting for tourists! No ship wide call to inform all the other paying tourists. No one’s a really know what’s going on.2. There is genera lack of organization ok the shop it seems and the prices are absurd $100 for a massage and $7 for a beer (suggest bring your own there is a fridge in the rooms). Clearly captivated guests = price gouging because why not?! This is after all Egypt and no one cares about guests as there are many more to fill our shoes.3. The cabins are not clean I found previously guests long hairs in the bathtub and on the floor. Good4. Considering these people are mostly reliant on tourists you would expect better customer service. There are a lot of staff always hanging around sitting on their phones not sure doing what?!All in all as most Egyptian services go very disorganized, shambolic but quite happy to take your money at any chance.I would avoid these guys and company and seek another boat company which perhaps does things a little better.
