Its great to see these great structures and monuments in person.

Great tour guides that are very knowledgeable; however, the tour managers in charge of logistics and organizing the itinerary are terrible. No communication and the itinerary is changed multiple times each day. Often times they make us wait in some random hotel lobby without WiFi or amenities waiting for tours. You are better off doing your own research and planning your own trip.
