It’s McDonald’s, nothing fancy.

Staff could be friendlier and request masks from EVERYONE. Locals werent asked to wear a mask, nor Americans. Were not blonde Americans and were treated poorly. Cashier argumentative when I returned the sandwich. He misunderstood cheeseburger for beef burger. Theyre two different things.

Best McDonald’s location ever. Great view. Helpful friendly staff. Normal McDonald’s food quality.

Worst experience ever!Extremely slow service and after a long wait in the line, I was told that the ice cream machine isn’t working!!

I mean why would you go to McDonalds for something other than their milkshakes or icecream...

The Worst MacDonalds ever!They depend on the view to cover everything else I suppose.Chairs and tables are tied with ropes to prevent rearranging them in anywayOnly two seats per table, no group of three or four people can share the same table!Cola came without ice, potatoes without ketchup.

Excellent location, a few meters from the outstanding luxor temple. As a tourist, I couldnt be happier to find that out. The staff was very kind and the food was standard, no complains. It is a good place for a quick meal, specially if u dont have familiarity to the spoken language.

They serve me hot wster intead coffee. I did complaint and nothinng happend. The say this is a american coffee. Dont spend your time and money here

This is your average McDonalds. Toilets on level 3. Air conditioning on upper floors really cold so bring your jumper. Tourists should avoid the Big Tasty burger, it has a weird sauce.Breakfast is served from 7 am to 11.30 am. The pancakes taste good but are served with honey not maple syrup.

Cant complain about the food or taste, McDonalds never disappoint me.. the staff people are friendly too.. the place got a great view of the Luxor Temple specially the night view when the lights of the temple are on.. but the place isnt comfy as the other branches of McDonalds that I have visited anywhere else..

Located in the downtown Luxor opposite the Luxor temple. Very good restaurant, 2 storeyed shop and all McDonalds items are available. 2nd floor is the best, the Nile and Temple are visible. I had basic burger; I had ice-cream as well. Total cost was 48 Egyptian Pound (3 USD).

I love mac but my last two visits there wasnt very good they should train the people who work there better

Biggest fraud mcdonalds in the entire world. We visited mcdonalds in many countries but this is worst. We ordered vanilla and strawberry milkshake medium and 1 regular size for take away both wer only half filled. We trusted the brand and didnt check there but we came back and opened and saw this. Tourists just avoid this place . Even u cant trust McDonalds in Egypt.

The staff is great. I think Ronald would shed a tear when he saw the cleanliness of the restaurant.

Just as always McDonalds is amazing, delicious burgers and the best fries ever. In luxor there are more options of sandwiches than in alexandria. The food is not cold and is fast served. Ill Always love their food. :)

Food and drinks are up to the standards. But the place itself is literally and figuratively cold, especially in summer when they have the airco way too high. They have not upgraded to the new (Well not that new, because the new style already began rolling out, more than 10 years ago.), more stylish and friendly ambiance of of this fast food franchise concern.
