Very average - a few key points to consider before booking:1. They advertise WiFi but it’s so bad you should assume you will be off the grid for the length of the cruise (4 days)2. The food is pretty bad. They have a lot of options but the quality is mediocre across the board (For example: eggs with tiny shell pieces in them, chicken shawarma with a surprise bone that’s too small to see, insufficient seasoning on many dishes and excessive seasoning on others)3. The staff is friendly and does their best but they are poorly trained and sometimes it feels like they’re breathing down your neck while other times they’re nowhere to be found4. The itinerary is generally good (Luxor is the highlight, Aswan is meh, the stuff in-between is worth seeing but gets repetitive after a while).5. There is no place onboard to get a decent work out. Their “fitness center” is a joke. It’s a windowless room with treadmill and a bike. That’s it.6. You have to pay for coffee and soft drinks which is ridiculous in a set-up where you’re paying around $4k per person over 4 nights7. The cabins are spacious and the boat is comfortable. The boat was at full occupancy when we went and there was enough space onboard to get a sense of privacy

Over the top luxury service with a smile! One of the best all inclusive type trips we have been on, and we have travelled all over the world. Usually, we dont book an all-inclusive trip because we are very picky eaters and want to eat what we order not off of a buffet. But everything from start to finish was exceptional, and there was entertainment each evening.Welcome - 5/5On arrival, you are welcomed with a hibiscus beverage while your passport information is taken. Then after a quick review of the boat amenities, you are taken to your room and given some time to relax before your first adventure.Bed - 5/5Bed was comfortable and cleanRoom - 3/5We were in a standard room, and it was disappointing being on level 1 as you are on the same level as the water, so you do not get a full view window in these rooms. Also, the shower and bathroom are very cramped (But that has been the size of showers on all types of cruses even luxury ones). But overall you have everything that you need in your room, and with all the activities and beautiful upper decks you will not spend much time in your room.Cleanliness - 5/5Absolutely spotless everywhere throughout the boatAmenities - 5/5There is a gym, spa, pool, lovely outdoor seating areas on the top two levels, full-service bar and so much moreFood & Drinks - 5/5No complaints at all for the food as it was fresh and delicious daily (and I am one that rarely likes buffet food). It was not buffeted style all the time as two of the nights you ordered off a menu. But breakfast and lunch are served buffet style. More options and choices than you could possibly need! The wait and bar staff are amazing including Bonzi and all his fellow waitstaff!Just a heads up for anyone that has not traveled in Egypt, there is a luxury tax on alcohol and it is very expensive to drink (everywhere).....usually $20 per cocktail for 1 oz. (imported), Egyptian wine is cheaper, but not very good.Noise level - 4/5For a boat, it was very quiet!! Just some light noise from above in the early morning when people are getting up, but nothing to be worried aboutWifi - 4/5There is only free wifi in the main lounge area, but for a low price, you can pay to have wifi throughout the whole boat for the duration of your stay.English Language - 5/5Everyone could speak clear English and easily understood you when talkingDownside - The only comment I would have was not about the boat or staff, but just with the planning of the trip as you do not get much cruising time in for this trip. But you are jam-packed with activities that I dont think it would bother many people.Special Mention - We decided to book a private English speaking guide as we like to make sure that we can get absolutely everything that we can out of a guide. The other groups were smaller at about 15 people, but we much preferred our option as we had private transfers, private guide and private driver. Ehab (Bob) was our Egyptologist and was an absolute delight. VERY smart, accommodating and understood our style of travel and even got us into some exclusive areas that you would not be able to do with a large group! So make sure to ask for him by name if you want to book a private tour as he works directly for the company.
