This hotel is very nice. I will say the buffet could be better - they recycle food a lot from previous days and it’s obvious. However they have a great station for omelettes, pancakes, and freshly made meats for dinner.Otherwise, the grounds of the hotel are absolutely stunning, right on the Nile with a wonderful pool. The gym also looks right out on the Nile.Rooms are a bit small - especially the ones meant for 2 people - and on the older side in terms of renovation. But everything was very clean.

The best decisions about our trip to Egypt was to stay for 5 of 6 days in Luxor at the Luxor Hilton. The location on the Nile was amazing, so beautiful and relaxing. It was a great resort experience with all the lovely staff. We loved the food options and ate nearly the entire time at the hotel. We looked forward to breakfast every morning as well as chatting a bit with the lovely staff. The pool and spa were fantastic and made a great combination of site seeing nearby and relaxing. Truly unforgettable experience.

Great Hotel - literally a bit of an oasis in the desert.Pool is fantastic with sunset view over the Kings Valley. The sauna options are great and they are big rooms (nice for after long day). Rooms are standard expected Hilton rooms which are very good. Needed to get a doctor and the reception was Fantastic help.

Really beautiful hotel with amazing grounds and facilities. Amazing pool and bar areas overlooking the Nile and the Valley of the Kings. Separate infinity pool area near the spa was more secluded and also really nice.Our beds and pillows were so comfy. House keeping were helpful and lovely. Though we were told on check in that our rooms would not be cleaned unless we requested it. But our rooms were cleaned anyway which was a bit confusing.We received mixed levels of service throughout our stay. Some staff were so friendly and helpful, but some were not very proactive which was a shame. Though it was still overall a great stay. Highly recommend the happy hour from 6-7pm where you get 2 for 1 local cocktails, wines and beer.WiFi is not that fast - not fast enough to stream or make work conference calls. Though this was consistent throughout Egypt.

My room was okay but other guests complained their room wasnt clean. The restaurant staff were super friendly. The gym was excellent and the outside seating around the pool overlooking the Nile...priceless. Great location! During checkout one couple was squeezed for 25c...I gave them 40 Egyptian Pounds so they could checkout.

I loved every detail in this hotel! The room is so comfortable, shower is fantastic, and always a beautiful view of the Nile. Food quality is best, you have multiple international restaurants and an awesome bar by the pool overlooking the Nile river. Just amazing. Momen, who works at the bar is encyclopedia of ancient egypt history. You would love speaking with him! I totally recommend this spot and ill definitely be back there.

Hilton Luxor Resort & Spas main attraction is its prime location right by the Nile River and the spectacular view of the river. This hotel property is wonderful. The breakfast served each morning is awesome. The staff is very helpful. I recommend Hilton Luxor Resort & Spa.

Value for money stay in a good location. The sunsets are magnificent from the hotel. The pools look beautiful. The food is not so great and not all rooms are renovated.

I loved my experience with the Hilton Luxor Resort & Spa! I just wish I had spent more time there vs going to all the tourist attractions! The staff were friendly and welcoming! Always checking on me and making sure I had what I needed.Engy, Mohammad, Ismail, and Smiley (Ahmed) were just some of the people that were so helpful!

One of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed at- absolutely beautiful pools & a view of the valley of the kings… food was great, restaurants were delicious, pool side service was great. Very relaxing after a week of tours everyday!

Such a beautiful property and the staff are some of the most kind and attentive people Ive ever had the pleasure to interact with. I was warmly greeted when we arrived by everyone. The staff at the front desk truly made me feel special to be a diamond member. The pool area is something to be seen. To sit and relax next to the Nile is a peaceful and calming experience. The food is delicious and the beer was cold. The rooms were very clean and very modern. You can see the Valley of the Kings just across the river. This resort is definitely worth a visit if youre in the area.I think the Pharaohs themselves would make a reservation here

Stayed here in May 2021 for two nights. We booked two rooms, both with Nile View balconies. Great stay, nice pool! Restaurant was decent.There was an issue where I booked a taxi ride through the hotel, but they didnt show up. Had to take a taxi from the airport, but the hotel manager arranged our ride back to the airport at no charge. If in Luxor again, I would stay here.

The compound is absolutely breathtaking! The ENTIRE staff gave extraordinary customer service! Try and book your stay to include a Friday night if you can, because they have great entertainment and traditional food! There are much amenities included with the room stay, but I recommend one of the body wraps also. The vendors within the hotel were awesome! Stop by and see Hasan for some exclusive merchandise right beside the jewelry store. This is one of the most beautiful Hilton hotels Ive ever stayed in. Great experience!!!

I’m already giving a 5 star review and I just checked and I’m here for 2 more nights. The staff is extremely helpful, they won’t even allow me touch my own bag. We have 4 young children with us and we have been visiting all of the historical sites of Egypt for the last few days, and everyone knows that this is boring to kids! They really needed to enjoy their vacation, so the resort pool was a Godsend to them. Lastly, the sunset on the Nile was to die for!

I had a wonderful time at the Hilton Luxor.The team is amazing, friendly and always helpful.And even with wearing a mask all day long you can see the eyes smiling.Breakfast and Dinner was fantastic.Was my second stay but for sure not the last one.Thank you for a memorable stay in an amazing environment.

This is a fabulous hotel in Luxor. Security is good with all luggage going through an X-ray and and outer gate stopping and searching cars. The swimming pools are just amazing. Right on the shore of the Nile with access to felucca sail boats. The pools are heated but still a little cold in Feb. A good bar service at the pool with towels and food. There are a few tourist gift shops in the hotel so you can browse without being hassled like at all the other tourist sites. A good Buffett breakfast with lots of fresh fruit, Cooked items, pancakes and waffles and a chef station for eggs and omelets.

It was one of the best comfortable secure luxuries hotel with the high warm hospitality .... All staff are amazing. Being decent , polite, and friendly ...Room service is absolutely one of the best ever,, room was so nice . Even SPA massage was absolutely professional..The food just to be much variant ..with much varieties I mean, to be honest too clean :)Lots of tourists here actually...and of good standard ...Eventually, I had a best tour with a professional tour guide and was too impressed ...through the hotel guidanceI thank you for such un forgettable stay !!!!You really made me had a comfort stay with a way forward ,See you definitely again 😃😃👍🤗

Great hotel, great staff, great food. A little removed from the main center but very quite.ATM would not accept cash to exchange, We had to do that at the front counter, No problem. Just make sure you are carrying crisp undamaged bills. One of ours had a very very very tiny tear, and they rejected it.Other then that, excellent experience.

Amazing place! The view is impressive and you can’t get tired of it. Both the normal pool and the spa area are really good. The breakfast is excellent and the staff very friendly. Beds super comfy. A few points to improve: the AC in the room is a bit noisy, and the cocktails! Those where unfortunately bad, real bad. We’ve tried several and on multiple days and multiple people. They were consistently surprisingly close to not drinkable. That aside, I would come back anytime without a doubt!

This hotel was the best hotel we stayed in Egypt, great views, staff and location. You have everything within walking distance HIGHLY recommended.Don’t forget to include the breakfast with your reservation you won’t be disappointed.

Fantastic hotel ideally located on the edge of the Nile. Clean, helpful staff, great pools, spa, good food choices, etc etc. Highly recommended. Only negatives are poor internet speed and located a bit north of luxor centre - be prepared for some pestering from locals during the first ~500m outside the hotel.

One of the most pleasant experiences ever. i dont think you will meet a friendlier or more cheerful hotel team in Egypt than this hotel. the view and facilities were brilliant.

Hilton Luxor is a somewhat dated property with tiny rooms located at a privileged location by the Nile. The pool area facing the river is stunning but the hotel needs a facelift.Also the hotel has a great buffet breakfast with the best Egyptian falafels I’ve ever tried.But the real highlight of this hotel is a front desk employee called Asmaa. This young lady was the kindest, most helpful hotel employee we ever encountered. She is a great asset to this property and deserves all the recognition for a job well done!

Really nice hotel with an incredible breakfast. Definitely the best breakfast I had in Egypt. Staff is super friendly and very helpful. The grounds are gorgeous and are a great spot to relax. The area around the hotel is however much different as the hotel is in a bit of a “bubble”. Great restaurants nearby. Safety was not an issue.

Beautiful hotel and grounds with an amazing staff! Ismail was the best bartender/DJ we met in Egypt and couldnt have made us feel more welcome. I could stay in that outdoor pool right on the Nile and watch the Valley of the Kings light up every day. The hotel is close enough to a smaller area of town with some shops

Amazing place and nice atmosphere.. the breakfast is super.. hospitality is amazing people work there always greet you and smile to you...The view and place is amazing and little bit far from city centre so you have complete privacy and relaxing mood... The spa is so nice and the beds and pillows are super comfyWe will be coming back for sure 😊

The hotel has marvelous nile view great restaurants, wonderful luxury spa suites, a great infinity pool overlooking the nile and marvelous spa by the nile as well as nile view suites. Asmaa in the reception desk is the nicest , most passionate receptionist I have ever met in Egypt also welcoming, supportive and going all the extra miles.On the downside, the double rooms are a bit small and suites are overpriced and neighborhood in Karnak village is not that nice

This was my worse stay at a Hilton hotel the food was not good. They failed to keep your room stocked with basic things like clean towels even after the clean the room i had to call room service every night to get towels. They did not have trash liners to go in cans inside my room, which is not sanitizer. The spa was nice but this is one of the only hotels with out hot tub.

Dreamy location and resort. You are right on the Nile facing West and the Valley of The Kings so you see the sunset and also the hot air balloons rise daily. The resort is very clean and staff are friendly. The morning buffet is plentiful. I used the spa facilities and sauna daily. I also had the lunch special daily after returning from temples and it was always tasty and reasonably priced. If you decide to do a hot air balloon, you can plan if online yourself versus the company in the hotel and pay less and be able to use a credit card instead of cash. They cancel for poor wind conditions so book earlier than later in case you need to reschedule.

This hotel has an incredible Nile view (see photos). The rooms are average. The food is ok and overpriced. The ATM here also charged my bank but never gave me money. I was asked by the front desk I would be refunded but never was. Now I have to dispute the charge with my bank.

Very nice hotel with great views across the Nile. The grounds are very well kept as was the room.Its not super cheap but one would expect this.The big letdown was the shower. Thus far the worst of a 10 day trip. The best was at a $45 place with a view of the pyramids.

The place is phenomenal. If any negative, is that everything you purchase here including food and drinks have the resort fee + taxes. So if your dinner plate costs 180 pounds, its gonna end up costing 240 pounds when everything is added up. Other than that, the place, staff, location is great.

Im not too harsh giving a Hilton resort (and spa) only 4 stars. Its still Hilton by all means, but rooms are narrow for a 5-star hotel of such renown, food is very good but not excellent, open buffet dinner offers not a single beverage (not even plain water!!) ... unless you pay and you pay dearly, and you leave the table feeling full but unsatisfied.On a more positive note, however, cleanliness and hygiene are top, courteous staff is helpful, and room bathrooms are clean and cosy.

Ive thought about that 4-star rating several times before posting it, because Hilton hotels are routinely getting 5 stars. The star missed is imputed to several negatives: friendly receptionists but failing to honor promises (I was denied late check out, though I was promised), expensive à la carte meals which do not match such prices in quality and quantity, rooms which are not as spacious as other 5 star hotels in the area. On the other hand, excellent hygiene, beautiful driveway, super views on the Nile, very nice swimming pool, nice bathrooms in the rooms and comfortable beds.

Place is beautiful, nice clean, however almost none of the staff are wearing masks. Since mentioning this to mgmt I see most staff are now wearing masks. Mainly the food service perosnal mattered to me. Worth noting foodnat olives by the pool was great.

Beautiful hotel, extremely friendly and helpful staff. I came here after a number of days of go go go and small hotels which were close to attractions but lacking in everything else.The Hilton was a fantastic break and allowed us to relax while everything was taken care of. Water was brought to the room when requested, breakfasts were made to go in the early morning for a few other excursions.The ONLY part of the hotel which could be improved is the cleanliness of the pool water. Being outside with trees, I can understand some of the debris which were there, but there was a significant amount of particles and floating stuff which gets stirred up when you are in the water.Everything else, was fantastic.

Took an early flight to Luxor from Cairo but we were able to check in immediately (well before check-in time). Front desk staff were professional and also warm and welcoming. Rooms were clean as expected at a Hilton Resort. The property in on the East Bank with a beautiful pool and restaurant about 100 feet from the Nile River. We had a traditonal Egyptian style dinner on the bank of the Nile at the hotel and prepared by hotel staff - great food and unforgettable atmosphere with the West Bank (Valley of the Kings) all lit up directly across the river from us. Very reasonable rates for the location (early October) made this a great value stay. Strongly recommend for couples and families alike

Wonderful hotel in a quiet corner of the city. You a about 5 minuts from the heart of the city however because you are away from the city center it is clean and quiet. The views of the nile are incredible with a very modern infinity pool and swim up bar.

We stayed in a junior suite for 2 nights at this property. The room and furniture looked and felt very old, long overdue for refurbishing. The air-conditioning in the lobby and corridors was OFF which made the hotel very warm. Service was good and friendly. Food was 4 out of 5 stars.

An excellent service, staff is very nice and always trying to help and make your stay joyful! We loved the place, and the staff! The hotel looks good and the view is breathtaking. Not expensive for the service and quality they offered! Would completely recommend!!

This is a lovely hotel, would not say the best Hilton, but definitely for the small town of Luxor. The pool area situated right along side the Nile created for spectacular views of the West Bank. The rooms however, are tired and need upgrade as the furniture was old. The air-conditioning system in the rooms is also very old and in the intense heat could do with an upgrade as well. the bathroom were small, but modern.if travelling to Luxor would definitely recommend this hotel.

Perfect hotel. Everything is concentrated on style and service. Breakfast, food, the spa pool, the view on the Nile, it’s all simply great. If you want to feel like a very privileged person, just give yourself the present of staying here for a few nights.

The beds were very comfortable and the view is amazing from the pool area. I did find it unfortunate there was no indoor dining option. This may be an unfair criticism(it may be covid related). The dinner menu was also somewhat lackluster.

One of the Best Spas in Egypt !!!We stayed at this resort last week and the Spa staff is amazing and very friendly. We had couples massage and the both the masseuses are truly professional. But Ms.Parvati(?) was awesome, full of energy, very polite and makes you very comfortable. The rooms and facilities are very clean and tidy. The Spa staff super good and Mr. Hussain is a great dude. BTW both Parvati and Hussain have another talent and they really take some great professional quality pictures... LOL ... If you happen to be in the amazing Nile River View Infinity Pool....Thank you guys... for your hospitality, spa and awesome service. Great food at the Silk Road restaurant but Breakfast is not up to Hilton standards... Overall its a great place and great location and friendly staff... Again Thank you Parvati ...

The resort and staff are absolutely wonderful. The resort is near all Luxor attractions and located on the Nile. The accommodations are exceptionally clean and the food and service are phenomenal.

From reception to departure, what an awesome experience! I used the Spa twice, both times with the therapist from Bali. I know her name begins with P. Her dedication to her guests is amazing! I had a bad left ankle, and she gave the foot extra care and time. Service at the dinner buffet was outstanding. They catered to all my special requests without batting an eye. As everyone mentioned, the spa pool is wonderful...so peaceful. So, thank you to Mivaey, Leza, and all the staff!!

Best hotel experience Ive ever had, top to bottom. Property is spectacular and the service was exceptional, from Assmaa at reception to Gamal and Shayma at breakfast the people made you feel incredibly welcome and valued as a guest. I would definitely return and recommend the hotel to friends. Spa was also incredible - worth every penny and the view from the pool at sunset is breathtaking. Hotel feels like an oasis in sometimes hectic Egypt - very relaxing. Would return in a heartbeat

Amazing hotel! The pool has an amazing view of the Nile and at night the archeological sites are lit up. The service was spectacular - Asmaa at the front desk went above and beyond to help us enjoy our stay. Everyone at the hotel was very friendly and made us feel welcomed. Can’t wait to come back!

This place is amazing.. The rooms are clean and the staff is super hospitable.The view of the Nile is second to none. We had dinner every night with an amazing sunset and view of the west bank lit after sundown...As for Shopping..the bazaar off the lobby is one stop shopping..you can get EVERYTHING there..from authentic Cartouches..completly personalizedEvery souvenir you can imagine..really big selections. Scarves..bags..you name it.. the owners are incredibly friendly and helpful...before you go shopping to other bazaars and get swamped by all the public vendors..PLEASE PLEASE. Check these guys out..I got my whole clan everything..in this hotel...The restaurants have amazing menus and i always had to loosen my belt a notch... you cant go wrong here... we are already looking to come back next year.. hope this helps you out

Hotel with great location at the river looking over Westbank. Rooms could require some modernisation. Excellent breakfast, but service and food at the restaurant and bars substandard benchmarked with other Hilton hotels and or even outside Egyptian facilities.

Extremely gorgeous hotel lobby and pool. Beautiful restaurant, pools and bar overlooking the Nile and Valley of the Kings. You will get gorgeous sunset and sunrise views. Rooms had USB chargers and international power ports which was a plus. Towels were extremely thick and luxurious. Staff was excellent and friendly. Yahia was awesome.The bad part: Room cleanliness can be much better. The room which faces the nile river had flies. Room’s carpet were brown and appeared dated. The rooms are somewhat dated could use a facelift.Breakfast is not good. Poor international offering and nothing to highlight the rich vegetarian culture of Egypt. The saving grace were the honey comb and fresh fruitsDinner was a disappointment. The food was bland and flavorless without proper flavoring or spices. We asked for mango juice and was told it came from a can. When asked for how to prepare the beef we said medium but came well-done. The food are nicely presented but often overcooked. The saving grace was the last night of dinner where I had the Egyptian course meal. Dinner started well w a tasty lentils soup and vibrant appetizers. Chicken though was dry to the point of jerky. The dessert came with fried ice cream and warm date knafeh was delicious. One of the guest had pizza which was decent. It is an open kitchen and you can see your food prepared which was a nice touch. The service is excellent and we were checked on multiple times by the host and the waiter.This hotel can easily be a 5/5 hotel if food is better and honestly would still stay here just for the view.Tip: wake up at sunrise for a gorgeous sunrise and a view of all the balloons flying over Luxor

Had a luxurious day at the spa yesterday. Parwati and Ny-luh gave us a wonderful couples treatment and massage. Mud, steam room, shower, sauna, massage and infinity bath with fresh flowers in a room for two with a splendid view on the Nile. The ladies are very well equipped with knowledge about muscles, foot reflex zones and did a marvelous job. We are so relaxed and happy! Thank you. We will be back.

The hotel is very beautiful with a nice view of the Nile. The staff was super nice. The reason I gave this place 3 stars is because of we had a private dinner over seeing the Nile river seating down. The staff show show me that it was 37.00 usd per person for the meal we choose. Then went i get the bill it was 100.00 usdwe book a tour from the hotel that went on the hot air balloons and went to 4 other temples along the way the tour guide stops at these shops to show you how stuff is made. 1 how they make the souvenirs then they pressure the hell out of you to buy something and also charge a lot. we got so pressure to but stuff after we keep saying no while our tour guide is just standing there watching this. so yes we did buy stuff. dont do it its a lot cheaper by the temples to get stuff.then after seeing a couple more temples the tour guide takes you to see how they make perfumes same thing they pressure you to buy stuff after 40 min of saying no. just to be able to leave we got something. same thing our tour guide is just sitting watching us. its a scam the tour was 450.00 usd plus the headache was not worth it . Do the tours by yourself the hot air balloon is a must see.

Beatiful hotel on the nile river. Watching sunsets from the pool and looking at the valley of the kings on the other side of the nile is impressive. The staff is the most attentive I have ever seen. The moment you approach the pool area you are offered a towel. Everyone is kind and makes sure you feel well. When I complained about the music selection in the pool area I was even allowed to play my own music collection! They do EVERYTHING for their guests to feel at home.

Very cozy hotel... a decent breakfast, having most selections of international breakfast.. nothing luxurios though as most Hiltons. For instance basic cheese selection, dips... no salmon or fancy stuff.Superb view of the Nile and landscapes! You are literally sunbathing on the Egyptian Nile edge!Fairly close to the centre, 8mins from Karnak temple and 12 mins from the city centre..16 mins from the airport.Rooms! Are updated, clean, cozy, relaxed and just what you would expect such hotel and the theme mindset.Overall, 4.8 out of 5 is my choice.

The Hilton Luxor is a great place to stay. Beautiful hotel with a great staff. The location is excellent, very close to Karnak. The rooms were spotless and comfortable.

Not only is the resort beautifully, with its infinity pool and rooms overlooking the Nile, but the staff members- especially Haseeb, Shymaa and Enge went out of their way to ensure a comfortable stay !

Its beautiful here! So enjoyed visiting Luxor and the Hilton and its pool is amazing! An oasis in the heat.We went on a tour of the West Bank but our guide was not as attentive as expected and tour felt rushed. The tour company, booked by the hotel, were very quick at making sure they would rectify this for the future. They kindly booked a hotel transfer to the airport for us free of charge which was lovely although it would have been better to have had a good tour guide as in 42 degree celsius heat you need to make it worth while and have all the amazing history to go along with the ancient wonders.After feedback of the tour and hotel they really did their best to make our stay as memorable as possible we have amended the original review from 3 to 5 stars. The staff were great! Thank you for a great stay.

Overall pretty good. The arrival could be slightly better. The reception staff doesnt make you feel like you have arrived in a luxury hotel as they do in other hotels. The rooms are quite dated, but not a big deal. The pool area with the view of the valley of the kings is really great! Food was more or less what you would expect, but quite expensive and the menu lists prices without the tax and the service so it ends up being a lot more than what you think.

We had a wonderful stay in this hotel! The rooms are quite normal, but the pool area with the Nile river and the Valley Kings just in front of you makes the difference, that magic sunsets will remain in my memory for a long time!The service also makes the difference, thanks Alaadin and Mohamed for taking care of us in the pool area, we felt like home!

At check in I thought this resort is going to be amazing, since the reception and entrance hall was so stylish and modern.We got there a little after midnight and they helped us very fast to check in and provide the room keys.Got to the room and due to tiredness, didnt take photos and videos like I normally do, but the finishing is very old and outdated.Rooms are also quite small and very uncomfortable.The pool area is fabulous and very beautiful.The staff are very kind and friendly.The view is awesome as we can see the Valley of the Kings and the mountain is lot up so the night view is splendid.The Olive Restaurant at the poolside is just terrible. Food quality is very poor.The breakfast restaurant is quite nice and decent selection of meals to get the day started.

Amazing place. Settled on the Niles riverbank directly in front of Valley of the Kings, probably the Top1st accommodation in Luxor. Superb service and facilities, it counts with very good restaurant and pool bar but for me the jewel is the outdoor spa.

Firstly,Thank you so much to Amal, Liza and Gamal for making our trip truly amazing.From the moment we arrived we felt welcomed and hospitality was so warm.We loved the pool areas, especially the spa pool.The landscaping of the hotel is truly beautiful and we even saw a wedding photo shoot.The team at Olives we’re very accommodating and ensured we were happy throughout our romantic dining experience.The room is good and the bed linens are so comfortable.Overall highly recommended.

This a stunning property with excellent service. The breakfast is wonderful and such variety. The pool area is amazing and highly recommended for evening sunsets. The front desk staff was very helpful with arranging travel for day trips.

Stayed 3 nights in March during my holiday. Great experience overall.The room was clean and modern. As a diamond member, I was upgraded to a suite. Thanks to the help from Sofia and other front desk staff. The hotel was clean, modern, with a nice design. Sitting on the east bank, it has a great view of the Nile River.If you come to this hotel, you HAVE TO try the Spa. Not only because in the spa rooms there is an amazing view of the Nile River, but also the Spa lady (unfortunately I forgot her name) from Bali had great skills and techniques. Had many spas during my holidays in different hotels but this was the only time I felt totally relaxed and light weight after the treatment. They also provided a lot of promotion packages off the standard spa menu.Regarding the food, food from a la carte was tasty. Breakfast buffet had a lot of options. However, the service needs to be improved in the restaurant. The staff was not coming to the table asking if I was doing alright and needed additional things. In fact they only came to take the order and bring the food then they’re gone. Was very difficult to get them... if you’re charging for service please make sure you provide some. Also the staff in the restaurant seemed never smile and not very friendly. But as communicated in the follow up email, the hotel made sure they would improve on this aspect so I would still give 5 stars given all the other great aspects.When I was checking out it was 6am, I had a flight at 5:30am. Was going to ask for a taxi but the front desk told me there wouldn’t be any at that time. I didn’t know this of course, and there was another guest in the lobby, who I had assumed was also taking that flight. But thankfully, the staff arranged a shuttle bus to drive us to the airport.Overall, I would recommend this hotel to anyone traveling to Luxor and will stay again when visiting.

The property was amazing, At the spa has one of the best messages I ever had and the people were so nice, personable and accommodating. My Boyfriend was sick in the room for a day or two and they took such great care of him.

It was short business trip but it gave me the flavor of high commitment & high customer service level which you will find in this hotel.I enjoyed a lot and i hope i will be able to come back soon.Also i would like to give big thanks for Room service team (in room dinning & the chief) whom prepare & delivered one of the most delicious meal i ate within tight time (Ramadan & after Meghreb with almost 2 hours)

We had a great time! Extremely comfortable room, kind staff and beautiful pool area. The only down side was that our last day at the pool was ruined by the setting up of a large screen for the Golden Mummies Parade. It was inappropriate to disrupt the calm of the pool with the banging of hammers and the eye sore of the screen! Also the event was not worth all the hassle.

Amazing hotels with amazing views and a beautiful pool to relax all day. The rooms were big with some views. The breakfast is good but it’s always the same food. They should change the breakfast menu every now and then. Service was alright. I’d ask for a drink and they wouldn’t bring it. That’s the only thing I didn’t like. When I was there. The server didn’t speak good English. I asked for a alcohol drink. And he said that he couldn’t bring it for some reason... other than that. The hotel is perfect!

Very nice hotel. Have pleasure to stay here few times. Clean. Little bit weak WiFi but its compensated by a lot of things you can see around and forget about your phone:)Food is nice. Have some shops a lot of nice decorations. Outstanding view to Nile.

Its a beautiful place. The pool overlooks the Nile, green fields and mountains on the other side. This is perfect for a family with kids. Do tours in the morning and come back to an amazing pool for the kids to enjoy and for adults to relax.

Amazing hotel/resort in Luxor. In my opinion, it’s the nicest one in Luxor - better than the Winter Palace.It’s RIGHT on the Nile. You can actually jump in the Nile from the hotel. So you can’t get any closer. The pool, the view, is just unreal. Can’t decide what’s nicer - night or day, but they’re both gorgeous.Not a huge Hilton fan in general, but this is the place to be in Luxor.

The Hotel is amazing with a beautiful view to the Nile river, I spent such a relaxing time with my boyfriend. Thanks to all the staff for their hospitality like Engy every morning with her cheerful personality congrats to all the restaurant staff...great job!!!! The lady that is at the hot station doing omelettes she is wonderful!!!! So efficient !!!!

Although the spa service was a bit of a catastrophey. No slippers no towels, no bathrobes and the lockers didn’t work. The massage room was good. But!Parwarti my message therapist from Bali was incredible. Really perfect for a man of 30 in good shape. She was just right between gentle and getting me stretched. She gets 5 stars ++++

The hotel property is gorgeous, sitting on the Nile. The property has plenty of space to lounge around and enjoy the pools and views. The space is beautiful in the daytime and nighttime. The staff is always doing upkeep, so the property is immaculate. The room is spacious, clean, and the bed and pillows are incredibly comfortable. The property is quiet, so we got really good sleep. The basic wifi was fast enough to stream videos on multiple devices.The breakfast was the best hotel breakfast Ive ever had in my life. It was a good spread, but also high quality food. They had fresh-squeezed juice, a pastry chef that came around with freshly baked pastries, a station with cook to order plates, and also a good variety of self-service buffet food. The desserts were also amazing! They even had soy milk for coffee, which is a rare find in Egypt (just ask). This was the first hotel weve stayed at where we woke up excited for the breakfast.The team at this property understands its the little things and the details that make your trip extra special, and our stay here will be extra special in our memories thanks to the incredibly thoughtful staff. Mohamed Ali and Wael assisted me with my reservation and requests and I really appreciated their help! As a Gold member, I really felt valued by them and their assistance with my room upgrade request. They even sent a birthday cake! Engy was an amazing hostess at breakfast. She is sweet, genuine and helpful. She even made sure every guest wore a mask before going through the buffet, which made me feel so relieved that everyone wasnt breathing all over everything. She showed me how to make ful with all the fixings and it was delicious! Gamal was our waiter on both days and he went above and beyond to help us. Shymaa was the multitasking queen making pancakes, omelets and fresh falafels all with a smile on her face. Ahmed was amazing and stored our luggage before we left for the airport, brought us cold water and helped us schedule a shuttle ride to the airport. Hamatto was our friendly shuttle driver and made us feel comfortable and welcome. Every single person we worked with reception was great! Excellent customer service.I would absolutely stay here again the next time were in Luxor!

Great place to stay in Luxor, very friendly staff and nice amenities, especially the SPA pool!The gym was also one of the best ones I’ve seen in Hilton’s thus far.Only downsides:-one of the two elevators was broken during our stay, causing very long waiting times- our bathroom door in the room was broken, so it couldn’t be closed
