View is great if you pay extra. staff is v friendly and hotel is comfortable + good location. but i wonder if you should have booked on the other bank instead.

Three star hotel my arse.I would give this hotel range as 1.5 stars if I could. Having no Wifi in the rooms DESPITE having a network that reads “Susannah F4” or 2,3,4 etc that is an option? Unacceptable. I managed to use Wifi by sitting in one of the three chairs in the hallway of the first floor right outside the router and even that was spotty. Impossible to do WhatsApp video at any time and even phone calls. Wifi completely unavailable bw the busy hours of day 6-8pm. So the hotel saying it has Wifi is complete GARBAGE. Our hotel rooms were also freezing. Granted it seems Egypt is having a really cold spell. I threatened to get another and our tour organiser with G Adventures must have pulled some strings bc staff went out and got me a space heater. That literally was the only thing that saved me from shivering at night despite the two duvets. Also all the rooms facing the street have a street noise; I had a double-glazed window (supposedly!) and still heard a fair amount. Thin towels but not as terrible as some make that out to be. Warning when you step out of your van (or bus) you will be harassed to no end by small kids selling things until you enter the lobby.Only pos: HOT water in the shower and decent water pressure. That’s no small thing in Egypt so I do praise that. Very clean room. Across the street from Luxor Temple.Thanks G for picking places I wouldn’t choose myself 🙄

Everything about the hotel, staff, room was really nice! I really loved my stay there and wished I could stay longer.The only annoying thing about the room was the card that is used to light up some of the lights, the AC and the fridge! It seriously is a struggle and it keeps moving and I have to get up every 5 minutes (literally) to adjust it so the AC and fridge would be back on again! That was a mood killer! I seriously thought of moving to another hotel because of it! I hope they reconsider this and change it to be switched on using normal buttons rather than a card.But other than that, the room was very nice, had a beautiful bathroom, balcony (for this price!!), VERY comfy bed, wardrobe, TV, AC, Fridge, ..etc. Seriously a VERY good deal for such a price! The staff was very friendly as well and helpful. Cant wait to go back!! 🥺💕

If youre looking for a luxurious residency its absolutely wrong to stay in this place.The room wasnt that clean, air conditioner wasnt working, racked window glass & more ..Yet to be fair it was nearby Luxor template & Karnak template , the rest of the templates were all on the other side of the Nile so we took a ferry .. Also its nearby very good restaurants and coffee shops.Its wasnt the best stay , yet its not the worst !

When booking you are deceived, they say that all the rooms are occupied and offer a room at a higher price, but in fact the rooms are free. We were placed in a dirty room. The taps are leaking in the bath handles are broken. WiFi only catches on the ground floor near the reception. Its hard to call it breakfast, you cant eat it - small yogurt, jam (10 grams), some kind of water like urine and the taste is also, 2 mixed fried eggs, a bun and coffee with curdled milk. We were very sorry that we got here.

The location was good and very close to Luxor Temple , downtown and the railway station. The 1st day, i have asked for an available triple room before the Taxi had gone and the receptionist told me a certain price and after 10 minutes he told me there are no available rooms and there is a little higher price for another room and I said its ok . I actually had a meeting and I wanted to be ready . When i entered my room i found it of the double rooms size with a couch on one corners and they considered it triple . The conditioner was not functioning well , it was too hot all the time . The room was not clean when we get back at night . Other than this, they are welcoming and a smiling hosts like all people from Upper Egypt specially the breakfast guy .

Great for what it is. Definitely recommend paying for the WiFi for your room as its intermittent in the lobby if more than 3 people are try to use it. Great friendlly, helpful staff and good food.

Room without a window for 40 euros.On the plus side, close to attractions and friendly staff.The hotel itself is old, not very clean and minus the location near the market and, accordingly, the noise and bothers. But if you really want some flavor, then ok, but not for 40 euros, and for some reason on the booking there is a good rating and when booking the price was 24 euros, but I really dont want to argue after 10 hours on the bus, most likely this is the calculation.I advise all the same, if possible, look for another hotel, a little further there is a newer and quieter area and there are also hotels on the water.

A very good experience, the hotel is very well located, the view from the terrace is simply to die for. The rooms are clean and the hotel staff is attentive. The activities offered by the hotel are affordable and have the advantage of not having to take the lead in negotiating and finding transport because the hotel takes care of it for us (in addition the rates offered by the hotel are generally honest). The value for money is interesting and especially the location of the hotel (facing the temple of Luxor and with a view of the Valley of the Kings).

The room was clean, small and lets call it cozy! The best thing is the view from the breakfast room / terrace. In the middle of the action, carriages and taxis in front of the door ...

I paid almost 40 euros for the hotel night and I admit that I expected better ...There are quite a few negatives in this hotel unfortunately .. a price of 20 euros would have been more correct ...+++:-Location, central between the two temples (Hamon and Karnak)- close to the station (train) and the terminus of the go bus- lively neighborhood, easy if you want a bite to eat- very nice view from the roof- own- air conditioning works well- comfortable bedding---:- No wifi in the rooms, and when I went the wifi in the common areas was not working ...- the furniture is quite old-fashioned- poor soundproofing ... You can hear the neighbors washing machines, the noise from the street.- the night manager not nice ...- the traders and taxis are oppressive, as soon as you go out into the street, they jump on you, even chase you for several meters, which means that you cannot walk quietly within a radius of 1km around your hotel ...

Two stars because of friendly and communicative service, cold beer in the fridge, and the view of the Nile and the Luxor Temple. The hotel is very run down, the room was dirty and smelly, once the white curtain was gray in color, the curtain was stiff with dirt and torn off, the carpet was not vacuumed for a long time, and I think it was never washed, the towels were old, washed and with stains, the sheets were similar 😒 I there was no hot water in the bathroom yet 😒

All doors were grungy as if at a construction site.There was only soap in the bathroom. Shower shampoo was asked. There were no slippers, I had to put on sneakers after a shower, because my bare feet werent quite on the dirty floor (In addition, the tap was still dripping in the shower - often and loudly. I couldnt forget 2 more nights.
