The breakfast food at the external cafe by the bank pf the canal was great however only starts at 10amRoom service food was very poor, I ordered a cream of mushroom soup in which I asked before ordering if it was made of fresh ingredients and i was assured it was, however came made very clearly of clumpy powder milk and canned mushroom and when left to cool down it was solid hard. It was indeed very awful.The older rooms were not very pleasant, and reception flexibility was not the best.The refurbished rooms were rather good though.

We had breakfast today over a great view. It way excellent, plenty of various plates with super delicious taste. Also, hospitality was magnificent. Thank you to the great team and the guest relation supervisor Silvia who was very helpful.

My stay at Mercure was a wonderful experience. The staff were overly welcoming, friendly, and accommodating. Specifically, Madam Lameese went out of her way to make my stay comfortable and enjoyable. The Room view was absolutely beautiful! The room itself was spacious and very clean. I definitely felt welcomed during my stay and I will visit again!

Itis very cozy, like you are stepping to a different dimension. Very clean, very tasty breakfast, the lake view is deep, the swim pool is nice. There is balcony, comfy one with 2 chairs, nice touch . There is safe box. A small fancy fridge is nice touch also. A desk and chair is good plus if you have some work to do,I have few notes though:1- no 3 pin socket near the bed (2only), the one near tv is good. And also there is usb plug near the bed this is a plus. I didnt try it but i guess itis for charging. But i prefer to use my own charger unless there is emergency.2- the soap bar sealing and the shambo sealing is the absolute best, unfortunately i had a hard time trying to open it. It will solve the issue to have small cut in the bar sealing and pointy cover on the tubes.

As a professor at Suez Canal University, I usually come regularly to Ismailia and prefer to stay at mercure hotel. When reached, the front office staff are very lovely and helpful you will take less than 5 minutes for check in. The room is elegant and clean with a distinguished lake view and a large smart T V. The restaurant is wide and well-arranged with a characteristic terrace on the pool, the quality of food is very good and fresh. There is an updated health club you will enjoy. I advise everyone to spend his vacation time at Mercure hotel in Ismailyia.

The stay was for a workshop. As the organizer, I was very pleased with the high responsiveness of staff. The Banquet manager and his team were extremely cooperative and flexible... everything needed was immediately provided. The Chef was very responsive to the food wish list of participants. The staff at the Reception were very helpful and kind.We enjoyed the Hotels coffee shop area overseeing the Temsah (Crocodile) Lake... it was super at sunset!!

Breakfast was nice , the crows and flies are abit annoying , oriental Breakfast was ok , juice was artificial, coffee was terrible, but the view was awesome , every one is friendly , i had so much fun

It was a good experience for day use.Kind Staff in the Reception and in the Pool area. Nice sea view and excellent café location just water front.Furniture is a little bit old, also room floor carpet need to be cleaned or replaced.

From the simplest things like a really clean fancy room or really friendly staff and all the way to the stunning view thats easily accessible from the comfort of your bed, I am happy to say that Ive experienced them all.The food was really delicious and of good quality. I for one really hate food that isnt fresh but the chefs really came through on this one.The service was top notch! You guys set a good example for what convenience is like from the very moment we checked in and until the moment we checked out.Overall, I recommend this to anyone who is looking to spend an actually relaxing time away from the inconveniences of any place that isnt a hotel. Nice and cozy. Staff are very polite and helpful. The rooms have kettle and free hot drinks (tea bags and instant coffee). The pool is small but clean. The beach is nice, but swimming is not recommended. I love it!.

Great service from the staff, and the hotel is beautifully located, but I feel that it will always struggle to compete with the much grander and truly gorgeous Tolip Hotel just down the road. Lovely view over Forsan lake from our room balcony. The room was small but more than adequate for our needs. Our room carpets needed an upgrade and the air conditioning worked well but was noisy. We only ate breakfast in the hotel, and it was tasty with a wide choice. All the members of staff we encountered were extremely hospitable and polite, and went out of their way to make our stay pleasant.I cannot comment on the room price value as we stayed there just as the African Cup of Nations was kicking off, so the demand for hotel rooms appeared to have pushed up prices.

Very beautiful place and very suitable for relaxation, the rooms are so much luxurious and the breakfast was tasty and served well, the stuff is friendly,all was wonderful.

I stayed for a couple of nights and what I can say about this place is that it’s amazing starting the location of the hotel with the lake view , the nice pool they have , the staff where really helpful and aiming to make they stay comfy as much as they could , the breakfast was nice with variety of items to have , I didn’t try the main restaurant for dinner but I had pizza for lunch and it was amazing really and the price was reasonable compared to other hotels. The hotel also offers free parking . The overall experience is amazing and I’d like to visit the hotel again.

Staff are not very professional and some of them have aggressive attitude. The food and drinks were very very late to be served.The only positive thing about this was the location and the view.

One of the best hotels in Egypt, i spent 5 marvelous days with my family, great location, professional staff, nice resturant and coffee shop. I recommend it in Ismailia.Once again on July 2021, I came with my whole family to spend Eid vacation, still have the same comfort expressions, friendly staff, renovated rooms, nice restaurant and charming view.

My home for the last year. Nice views to the lake and Suez Canal. Great staff. Rooms comfortable but a little bit old, except 4th floor. Buffet not really worthy, unless you order some meat or fish. The hotel lacks of uniformity, which is esencially in a hotel.

This is the most disgusting hotel Ive ever stayed in. Me and my mom wanted a little time away from the city to relax and reenergize. However, the moment we got to our floor, an awful smell which I can only identify as cat urine attacked us. We entered our room (twin room) and I noticed a red spot on the curtains which I guessed was a food stain but turned out to be a disgusting big squished moth. I felt like vomiting. When I asked the porter whats this spot, he was very rude and told me to call the reception. The carpeting was disgusting and ,at this point, there was no way I would have slept on the bed. The open buffet was pretty humble but the dessert section was made by a 5 year old. This hotel ruined me and my moms mood and we paid a lot of money.

The hotel is very nice. Rooms are renewed few years ago, the cleanliness of the rooms is ok. Prices are average. Rooms prices range from 950 L.E to 1200 L.E (garden/sea view).They serve open buffet breakfast.There are about 3 or 4 casinos that offer drinks. No much varieties available. Prices are average.The swimming pool is small. View is perfect.Swimming in the Canal is not allowed.

Very nice hotel. Enjoy staying there. Management needs to watch the gym a bit more. Go in for a work out and it seems there is a young man and woman in there who dominate the music. It is blaring out so loud that I cannot even listen to my own personal music. Other gym goers are disturbed by this loud noise also
