Super friendly and professional instructors and an amazing kitesurfing spot with shallow water. We spent there 6 days and we had such a great time! It was my first time trying kitesurfing and instructor Hazem from Kite Family did such a great job by teaching me from the very first steps! Highly recommended!

All in all - Perfect!I had private windsurfing course with Abdel Rahman. He was patient, friendly and gave good instructions, stood with me in water all the time. It was also easy to arrange a lesson on short notice. I noticed improvement directly on first day. The beach is perfect for learning. You can stand in water for 100-200 m before water is deep which is perfect for any beginner and there is always wind 🙂. The beach is 1 min walking from Sheraton hotel, google map doesnt show the bridge connecting zaytouna beach and Sheraton.

I had a great time learning kitesurfing with Captain Hazem my instructor. I highly recommend anyone to learn kitesurfing there, the location is prefect and everyone is very friendly.

Nice school with great teachers !!!!. did a level 3 course. Teachers try to explain and show how it is correct. Many thanks to Muhammad and Abdel Razek. A good selection of equipment and quality allows you to practice your favorite hobby. I will not be there for the last time !!!

My husband and I had the opportunity to work with the team at Kite Family for about 10 days during our stay at El Gouna. The team, which is led by Stony (Mo), is extremely helpful and go above and beyond to make sure all kiters are safe and comfortable.My husband, who is new at kiting, became more confident and was able to water start after working with Hazem for a few hours. Hazem is very patient and calm and works at whatever pace required.I kited independently, and each day I did was pleasant. The team would prepare my gear at the beginning of each session: pumping the kites, preparing the lines, and doing a safe land/launch. After each session, they rinse and put away all gear for you. I did not have to worry about anything. They know the beach and although I am an independent kilter, they still provide great advice and offer to ride with you to help with any tips and tricks you might be working on.These guys are a great group: Fawi, Abdo, Romani, Stony, Shaher, and Hazem, and I really recommend them to anyone wanting to learn to kite or coming to Egypt to kite independently. I already miss them and can’t wait to come back to kite with them again.Also very much enjoyed the soothing tea they made as a snack in between sessions.Windy Wishes! - Sahar and Brad.

Great people here, super friendly. They also know what they are doing and will help you out. Using the beach costs a small fee, but in return pumping and launching the kite is all taken care of for you.There’s a great lagune, and it seems less crowded than the other beaches in El Gouna.I can’t wait to come back here, thanks Guys!

I went kitesurfing three days with Mo to improve my skills. He was a really good instructor, I enjoyed a lot, waterstart improved and I can now ride 😁. Thanks Mo, kitesurfing is tough but fun! The staff was very attentive and kind, serving tea after each session. The location is also great for beginners. But take some water shoes, sometimes it can be rocky.

I had a very good time with kite family El Gouna. The Training was awesome and I improved my kite skills very fast and safe. My traine Hazem was very professional and I had a lot of fun to kite with him✌️

Friendly, competent and flexible staff, good equipment. Good location too, within walkable distance from downtown (about 15). The kite surfing area is all shallow waters, which is good for beginners. Be careful, there are some rocks in places which will hurt if you fall on them...Other than that, highly recommended!

Friendly school and professional, I felt like home!! The instructors were really nice and all the team too :)One of the best places to learn kitesurf. Plus you can also do windsurf and paddle.Is perfect to go with friends, family or even on your own, I deffinitely recommend it I had a wonderful experience.

I spent the most amazing hour together with Shasha from Kite Family and had the most fun and most progress Ive had with any instructor so far. Finally independent. Its a small shack on the beach, a shallow water lagoon and deep water sea, the usual for El Gouna. You may need a shuttle boat to get to Zeytouna island.

We were here just for a week to improve our kite skills. Stony and his team did a great job. We will definitely be back next year in June 2020. We look forward to see you soon.

Great place to learn kitesurfing. Good terrain, equipment was of course provided. The access from Sheraton was given. Shaher and Stony were very nice and are amazing and talented kiteboarders. Prices were fair too, its an expensive sport. Shaher was our teacher, we booked the 3-day course for two. He explained everything to us very well. He taught us the basics that we can now build on very well. Im looking forward to next year. Thank you !

Very nice kite spot with latest kite equipment not so crowded fair prices. Highly trained staff will help you a lot when starting and landing even when using your own material. Very large standing area. I will gladly come again.
