Big beautiful area. Tasty food. Own beach with corals in 300 metres

Very bad hotel. Service is not good. Food is bad specially at breakfast. Pool is nor clean. My money is stolen there. I dont recommend it at all to anyone.

The overall experience is acceptable, the place needs better maintenance and attention though .. great potentials, but needs some work

It was nice vacation in Zahabia. The staff solved our problems very fast. The room was large enough, great cleaning service. Animation team is incredible! They are the best!The food was various, but we had only breakfasts there.I recommend this place, because its very good located nearby the city center, port and marina.Hotel has own nice beach with amazing reef and colorful underwater world.Zahabia value for this money.

I like everything about this hotel, food, housekeeping, staff, reception, Wi-Fi in my room, the beach and pools but dont try to eat sea food in restaurants inside it

Treat the stuff like animals it such dirty place

I used to come here several times.but I didnt come here the last 2 years.When I came this time with my family I found everything is different.The hotel is full, its OK, but the staff not enough to serve this big number of tourists.Upon arrival we got our room, it was good, upper floor, near the swimming pool.I gave the house man a good tip to take care of our room during our stay, he was happy and promised me a especial service. But he didnt clean the room any more till we checked out.When I booked the room I knew that the hotel has Aqua park, we found it.,but it is not working.The worst food I ever ate was in this hotel. Very poor quality, nothing fresh,in breakfast they dont even have boiled eggs or butter or jam even bread baked very bad.The seats were not enough, even the plates and spoons were not enough,The owner earns a lot, but he doesnt want to spend few pounds for each tourist to make a good service.Once at night we came from the city, no water in the room except the plastic vessel in the toilet they put it.Even electricity works bad.In general we were not happy during our stay.I dont recommend it at all

If you are an American customer service is nonexistent. You are ignored at the front desk and very little hotel workers speak English. The Wi-Fi is nonexistent outside of the lobby. You have to put in the password on a regular basis and hope you get internet connection. First 3 days air conditioner did not work. Come to find out their was an order not to reserve that room, but they reserved it anyway. They did want to move us to one of their newly renovated rooms which was a little farther from the lobby. But we did not speak Arabic and the majority of the staff did not speak English. The mattress is only about 6 inches thick and I woke up with a backache every morning. The hotel is not on the beach. Its acrossed the street from the hotel with a private road to the beach. You can get a small taxi to shuttle you to the beach. Otherwise its an 8 minute walk. Their is a beach bar that consists only of soft drinks and beer only. No mixed drinks!!! This is NOT an all inclusive resort. They do provide breakfast, lunch and dinner which you must pay for each meal. If you want to be pampered this is not the resort for you. Its a no frills resort. But in their defense where can you book a hotel for two people for $400 for 7 days!!!! Personally I would spend a little extra money to be in a clean room with a decent bed that wont kill my back. Lastly I have never been in any resort with an outdated tv that had poor picture and sound.

It is a good place but stuff not good . They didnt know how to serve the guest . specially one of lifeguards supervisors his name is efat he speak with me and my wife as one of his stuff. And speak with us in in polite way . They have to tech them how to deal with guest as a guest . Also they didnt connect the aqua every day .

Visited that hotel last November. Even its 3 stars hotel but it is amazing.The territory is great and big, beach is one of the best in Hurghada. The staff is amazing, everyone is ready to help in any situation, they make all the best for tourists. Animation made many activities every day, special thanks for animation Ayman and lifeguard Salah, you are the best, guys. Miss you

Loved the place and service staff was so helpful

We came back from Zahabia Hotel 2 mounth ago. It has a kind beach and beautiful reef. Food was monotonous.Every evening was ineresting fire show. Ayman with his friends show incredible things! It was unforgettable! Thank you !!

Good place near the town centre but the room is not good The furniture in the rooms is old and needs to be renewed, and the beach is not near and not suitable for swimming because there are many rocks in it

This place is great considering the low price, Hurghada is a magnificent city, long story short, if you use the hotel for sleeping, pool and beach and then go to the amazing places in the city, youll have great time.And I dont recommend the food here just go to starfish, its the greatest seafood restaurant

Bad service, bad food, bad staff, the beach is nice but you have to cross a street to get there and walk for additional 10 mins or you can ride a toktok but you have to pay for it which imo should be free also the elevators dont work on Fridays which is the common check in/out day.

Check in was a disaster, room service is horrible, staff are nice and hospitable but lack experince, food is not that bad for this price range, beach is fine, pool needs more regular cleaning.

Bad treatment, housekeeping dont offee help. swimming pool is opened late morning by 11 a.m. it closes by 5:30 p.m.

The worst resort Ive seen, I arrived yesterday and today I spent the whole day asking for things to be fixed in my room , electrician , plumber , carpenter all of them came atleast twice, and then they moved to another room and again and till now things in the other room are not ok , Im waiting for the plumber to fix the tap which doest have hot water .

Its a 3 stars hotel, so i did not expect the best service.Overall it is good compared with the money i have paid

The room was dirty, bad service, hot water was not running for two days separately, and between the room I was staying in and the next room, was just a door, so...no privacy what so ever.
