The worst experience ever. While being on the visit , got stolen 130$ and 200 le. When I called the doctor he, of course rejected everything. Said checked the videos and there is nothing. It’s very easy just to delete the tapes and no one will notice. The sad part is that it’s almost impossible to prove when you’re a foreigner in Egypt.Will do my best to bring as much publicity to this unfair hospital as possible.

They stitched the wound on my forehead like I wanted to look like Dr. Frankenstein s monster. So incompetent and they even had to get someone running to a pharmacy to get some medical stuff. Alhamdullilah I went to another hospital to fix this. Avoid this hospital in any case.

They saved my life! I was there 3 weeks. I was operated my stomach. I love them and they care about patients with love

Dont go here! Worst hospital ive ever seen in my life. They just care about money not about the medical condition of the patient. I have been there @ 03-08-2018. DONT GO HERE!

Doctors, instead of providing medical assistance, drink teas 100 times and clink their phones. No one will approach you until you approach them yourself 1,000,000 times! At the reception, a woman from Russia works, she lies all the time and will not tell you anything about your question. They asked when will the doctor answer wait 20 minutes, the doctor is drinking tea. But in fact the doctor was not in the hospital and arrived after 1 hour of scandal at the reception! A pitiful likeness and not a hospital and not doctors !!!

I was in this hospital on December 11th, 2018. I had a fracture in my ankle. An interpreter was called in because my English is not great. The orthopedic surgeon came quickly and explained everything to me. I was x-rayed and a partial cast was put on. The hospital is clean. At first you are appalled by the price, but with an international insurance you dont have to worry about getting your money back.

The hospital is full G. I got there with poisoning, there were intestinal cramps. The doctors of this clinic gave me 2 injections, in 1 filled 3 ampoules, in the second 2 ampoules and planted. After which I lost consciousness and could not recover all night. With all this, in the evening they did not have a translator and in English they somehow did not understand well. They tried to blame everything on the fact that I drank alcohol, but alas they broke off, I didn’t drink, they even took a blood type test for alcohol, which didn’t show anything. This happened in 2012.

Good hospital. Healed from an illness that had been suffering for 3 days. The doctors responded quickly at 6 am, gave me a drip, and in 2 hours I was already new. But a minimal knowledge of English was required because there were no translators there

Never go to this hospital, especially with a small child. Fever is still measured under the arm ... Hygiene of the staff not available incompetent staff ... no medical expertise available. I had the most terrible experience of my life there.

My husband got a blood clot in the left side of his head and came to Al Haya hospital ..... in half an hour he was in treatment ..... never have we met so much love from both the doctors and the nurses .. ..no stress ... after 6 days he was back at the hotel and we could go home on our original travel day ..... without but .....
